How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I purchased the FixnZip to avoid having to replace the whole tape. Due to the tension, it took me awhile to get it to work but finally I was successful. The video was very helpful and the zipper is very well made. I'm glad that I found this product!
Coats FixnZip zipper repair kit really works. I have a 20+yr. old quilted coat, and about a month or so ago the zipper slider finally went south. Since I was not about to pay over $60.00 to replace the entire zipper I started looking around on the net and came upon FiznZip right on Amazon. The price was very reasonable, and I ordered the medium size. I was a little difficult for my arthritic fingers. However I persevered. Surprise !! Surprise !! It actually worked. I do have to pull it up slowly as, after all this is an old coat. Thanks for giving a loved coat at least a few more years.
I own a 2005 jeep wrangler unlimited... the rear window zipper stop fell off and couldn't get it back on...the rear window was slowly coming undone and winter Temps getting colder and colder. I took a shot on this product and after I realized that the screw has to be on the inside...it worked perfectly and the back window is now zipped ....saved me buying a whole new window ($250!) Actually bought another for a spare. At around 10 bucks well worth it!!!!! Very happy with purchase ...

I ordered the Fixnzip to attempt to repair a sweater zipper. It caught my attention with its claim of ease of installation. I was able to install the slider in less than 5 minutes. The difference between this product and other repair options is that with Fixnzip I didn't have to take off the end stopper of the zipper to install this slider.
The FixnZip slid right onto my tent’s fly zipper. The original zipper has been replaced by the manufacturer once before, but I had to wait weeks before getting my tent back . When the fly’s zipper disengaged again (not my rough handling, but due to very strong winds carrying very fine red dirt) I couldn’t bare to think of sending it back. FixnZip came to my rescue. I attached a pull to the zipper so I can zip it carefully and ,just in case it falls off the teeth, I can easily find it. Thank you, FixnZip!
Was so bummed that my suitcase pull got pulled off at airport conveyor belt with only one use. Went to 6 different Aldi’s looking for same suitcase to exchange because I was unable to repair zipper. Looked up luggage repair and saw this zip n fix. Watched video and ordered immediately. Installs easily but I feel takes one person to hold two edges of zipper together and another to tighten. In 2 min had my suitcase repaired. Soooooo Happy!
The zipper on one of my favorite leather jackets would not close (separated when the slider was pulled up. I tried many times to squeeze it with a pliers but that only lasted a few days. So I installed the FixnZip and voila - the zipper is like new. It is super easy to install (if you can turn a knob!). The only unknown is how long it will last, but I am confident that it will because if it loosens up and the zipper fails again, you just have to tighten the knob again and it should work. it is definitely worth a shot!
Great zipper replacement! I had a favorite zip up sweatshirt but the zipper part broke. Was dreading to attempt sewing in a new zipper and then I saw Fixnzip. The price was cheaper than the zipper I was looking at. So I thought I’d give it a try. My son put it in and he said it went on pretty easy. (You attach the bottom of zipper to the top with a screw type feature.) Then I tried it out the zipper and it worked great! I had my favorite sweatshirt back!
I ordered the large zipper and the medium zipper at the same time, using prime shipping on a Wed afternoon because I was not sure which one I needed for my pop-up camper and we were leaving early Sat. morning. The medium zipper arrived Friday as promised but the large zipper did not arrive until Monday. Fortunately for me, the medium zipper worked on my pop-up camper zipper. It did not take very long to get it to work either! Great product!
I purchased this item to fix a sofa pillow whose zipper had been broken for years. I followed the instructions from one of the company’s YouTube videos and the enclosed instructions and was able to attach the zipper and zip up the back of the pillow in about 10 -15 minutes. This was one of the seat pillows where you had to really tug and pull both sides together because the foam inside the pillow was so thick. The little zipper held together the two sides that almost felt impossible to close. I added the zipper to both sides about a third of the way down from one end because unlike a jacket, it had no “starter” ends, I then pulled it backward to one end to close the previous teeth of the zipper and then planned to pull to the other end...I had trouble with this hence why it took me a while to fully close the zipper the Entire length of the pillow. I eventually got it done and the pillow looks great. Awesome product for a very good price.
I tried one other less expensive zipper repair kit from Amazon and spent 30 minutes trying to make it work before I requested a return on that one and bought this product. Their instructional video made perfect sense and made it so very easy to install. Realistically, I spent maybe 1 minute installing this kit by FixnZip. Don't bother with the other kits. Spend the $ here and get on with enjoying your life.
The plastic zipper broke on our van’s bug netting. The manufacturer recommended this product. It did take me some time to figure out how to install it correctly- much fidgeting with the amount of tension on the screw - but it was a wonderful field repair. So you’re aware, the profile of this product is thicker than any OEM zipper, so fitting in close quarters may require some accommodation.
It really works! I had all about given up on one of my favorite jackets because the zipper was not working properly. So, I bought the FixnZip with the hope that it might work. Well, it totally DID!! I bought a nice toadrage jacket, and really liked it. The way the Velcro flap closed, ripping it open wrenched on the jacket zipper so hard, it deformed the zipper shuttle. Long story short, this baby fixed me right up. No sewing, no complications. It literally took less than 5 minutes to install (including opening the package and reading the instructions). I hope the guy that designed this is doing well, he is a genius in my eyes.
As noted the zipper replacement actually works. Just purchased a great jacket and of course something has to ruin the purchase...The zipper would just pull apart and I suspected that the whole zipper needed replacement or return the jacket and risk the same issue again.. Well the FixnZip Instant Zipper Replacement caught my eye and I figured it could not hurt and it was the best purchase for the zipper issue. I LOVE this product. It saved me about $250 and 4 hours of time. I bought something $250 off as an open box item and it was missing a zipper. The zipper had to be strong because the zip tracks did not want to stay together easily (wrapping around a roll bar). This genius product worked perfectly and the zip tracks are zipped up and have been for weeks. With the $250 I was able to save off retail price and the 4 hours I didn’t have to use removing the product and taking it to a shop or returning it, this product is my smartest buy of the year.
