How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The anti-vibration technology is fantastic when you are on a ladder and sawing above your head. This part I felt was crucial in my purchase process and heavily a part of my decision making process. Considering the difference in price was minimal, it was a wonderful upgrade!

A bit heavier than others, but well designed for comfort and low vibration to hands. Handles anything you put in front of the blade and dont bogg down. Absolutely the best sawsall I have ever used! I have a dewalt for lightweight jobs but for heavy all day nothing compared to this Makita....
This one will do the job...we demo and dispose of decks. It is heavier but looks like it will last longer than the Milwakees we have purchased. What every happened to that company? We try them all but this one is not damaged yet and we work it daily.
As a professional tradesman, there's only 2 companies that clearly make the best all around products; Makita and Milwaukee. Sorry DeWalt. I'm a Makita guy... But pick either one and you're a winner. Certain tools are nice cordless, but others just need the extra amperage. Case in point...reciprocating saws demand and deserve a heavy, consistent power flow for serious cutting. It's not old school vs new school. It's just the way it is. Next time you're cutting a pressure treated 4x12 with a 36v 5amp/hr sawzallvs a 15amp corded, let me know how it goes. Anyways my last Makita was an 11 amp corded and lasted me 11 years with constant use. I really beat it up good too. I decided to bump up to this 15 amp 8 months ago. It's bullet proof. It doesn't complain or struggle with anything. It's a bit heavy but the balance and feel immediately offsets the weight. Lastly the metal case is pretty sweet too. It's fitted perfectly with a custom compartment for blades, extra room in the middle for cord, and metal latches fit snug. Framers and plumbers... You gotta get it.
Price was good and the metal carrying case was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
Used a bi-metal blade and this cut through some old metal railings with ease. Cuts were clean and quick. Can't say enough good things about this.
As for the weight, this is a powerful, durable professional grade saw. If you need to do what it does, it’s not too heavy. If you don’t, buy something else or if it’s too heavy you should frankly not be doing this kind of work.
I’ve been working in residential remodeling for 25 years. This is the best recipe saw I’ve ever used. My old Super Sawzall finally died and I went to buy another. Salesman at my supplier said don’t buy it, they’ve changed and everyone is complaining about them breaking. I didn’t listen and bought one and sure enough both the blade holding clamp and the guide stop broke quickly. So I got this. It’s vastly superior. Stronger, easier, one handed blade clamp. Stronger, easier guide stop. Stronger motor. Better orbital selector, which has multiple settings and is protected from impact. And the anti-vibration is for real and is great, making the saw considerably less powerful than it is.
Well made saws-all. This saw has been used for several projects already but the best use for it so far was a huge plum tree in need of pruning. This turned a difficult job into a very easy task. It’s light weight, battery life is good and has great power for a saw that’s only 20 volts. Quick charge battery and charger. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

This very heavily built and a bit heavy to use but for demolition work, you need heavy stuff. Very happy with it.
We used it for cutting out trees that had grown up through and all around the wires in a chain link fence. Worked great!

Feels like you're using a real tool. Corded feels like more power amps. Much better quality than the cheap tool places. Very easy to use.
