How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It was easy to connect it to my Dewalt 5" grinder. In the past my wife had to tape and seal the room every time I tried to grind concrete. I have a house vacuum with alot of suction and I connected to that. I just couldn't find any dust in the room I was working in or the furniture in the next room after 15 minutes of grinding. No masking, no goggles, no sealing the room. Wow what a great product. Comes with several rings/spacers that allows it to be used on different grinders. Well worth the money.
This was the perfect tool to help me remedy a disaster caused by some self leveling concrete that did everything but self level. Nothing like prepping a floor, mixing material exactly to specs and having the floor be worse than when you started. When you do get around to getting rid of the lousy pour, get a compressor, an air chisel , a grinder and wheel and this dust shield. The grinder and diamond wheel are going to make crazy amounts of dust. I was able to easily fix this set up to my my Porter Cable grinder, hook up the vacuum and get busy without a huge mess. Some dust will escape, but the vast majority is captured by the set up. I got nothing but good stuff to say about this purchase.
I did a lot of research before I bought this particular dust cover and am extremely happy with this product. It works fantastically and it's easy to use. This dust cover comes with four different rings to help it fit your angle grinder, if it needs it. It also comes with a rubber hose attachment to hook up to your shop vac or vacuum. It comes with everything you need. Again, I am extremely happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to somebody who wants a dust cover are there grinder.
Definitely stops the dust storm when grinding off old tile thin set. Worked well with Makita, too tall for the grinding cone I purchased when using Harbor Freight angle grinder. Did not catch the required wheel height when ordering both pieces. 20’ sq done so far, only issue is keeping shop vac filter cleaned off to maintain suction. This device performs exactly as advertised. Sturdy.
Super disappointed in setup time! I have four angle grinders... Ridged, Metabo, and two different models of Chicago Tools 4 1/2 inche angle grinders. I closely evaluated all four models. Only this $19.95 Harbor Freight Chicago Tools model would work. I spent four hours modifying examing the possibilities and modifying the both the angle grinder and extensive modifications on the dust shroud. It worked well enough on my shower drain lowering job. Dust was minimal. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless they enjoy working harder on the modification then they will on grinding concrete.
I make tables and counters for a living and use my angle grinder as a sander to get most of the high spots and such out and man it makes a mess. This product (I'm not exaggerating either) helps grab 90-95% of the dust. I was blown away at how good it works. Easy to install.
It fit both an old and new harbor freight 4.5" inch grinders for me just fine. Dust shroud did it's job. The edger door is very helpful. Used to help grind and prep concrete slab for self leveler. Be sure to adjust height properly and use good shop vac setup (highly recommend cheap DIY dust collector bucket). I used it with a diamond cup wheel from harbor freight also.
Used to remove thinset after taking up old tile. Worked perfectly and filled an entire shop vac with dust, just a minimal amount of dust left over compared to what it would've been. Saved a lot of time (& frustration) that would've gone towards cleaning up such big mess. So thankful that we found this!
This grinder shroud worked very well with my Harbor Freight Drill Master grinder, no modifications as mentioned on other reviews. I used it to grind away the thin-set after popping the tiles. You will have to put downward force depending on the grinding wheel height. Be sure to use a good filter on your vacuum. I could not believe the dust cloud just popping tiles made in the bathroom.
I reserfaced my garage floor because of the salt damage to it and bought this dust shroud for my 4” grinder I was surprised how well it worked virtually no dust. I used a small vacuum cleaner that works really well. Without it, it would make so much dust that it would be hard to see what you’re doing. No doubts this was invented by someone with experience , there is a small door that opens in the front that lets you get close to a wall, it works really well.
If you doing a small project and know its going to get messy get this you will thank me later.
It’s actually a good one. Before I bought it, I’ve read many reviews. Some of reviews said it very bad, not worth to buy. Actually, I hesitate before I bought it. Because some reviews are too terrible. But there are some reviews give the high recommend to the dust shroud. Think over and over again, I finally decided to buy one. The truth proved that I made a good decision. The goods not as bad as some reviews said. Anyway, it fits my angel grinder very well, easy to use and the dust reduce at least 80%. In my opinion, it’s a good product.
After using the right color to attach this to my cheap harbor freight grander, I was a bit skeptical of it's dust collecting abilities. The hose adapter is a bit small for my craftsman shop vac but with a bit of duct tape, this thing stops almost all the dust from escaping! I couldn't;t believe it. Totally worth the money spent!
Wish I bought one sooner. Fits great onto may Milwaukee grinder and never had issues with loosening/moving. Was able to grind the floor glue remnants off a 150 square foot room without chattering and jumping. the bristles stabilized the grinder so even pressure with back and forth strokes took off about 1/16" of concrete and sucked it into my shop vac. The only issue is I kept clogging my shop vac filter, LOL.
