The packaging was okay and the baskets were in pretty good shape without hardly any denting at all. It took less than a minute to squeeze them to get minor dents out. I bought this for my husband. It’s a great hit! It is easy to use. All our marinated veggies in one grilling basket, our meat in the other basket. The shape makes grilling easy and fun. We recommend this product.
Loved how it cooked veggies easily without having to flip them with a spatula. The small fork worked well to check doneness. The lid came off once but that could have been human error and I will use a mitt on both hands.
