Amazing equipment. Kilogram of beef cut into 4 mm slices in 30 seconds. You have to be careful because the blades are very sharp until I cut myself. Then 2 mm jerki for drying. I'm already thinking of stirfry and tartare. And cleaning Please do not listen to beef without problems under the tap and Turkey in the dishwasher. Excellent product. We're big meat eaters and love preparing food on our smoker and grills. This "ONCE FOR ALL Meat Slicer Cleaver Kitchen Knife Set For Meat Slicing Shredding" is very effective at cutting larger pieces of meat into same widths whether you want skinny or wider. It is a very dangerous tool if you don't follow instructions so it kind of scares me and I've warned the kids don't even try to go near it. My husband is the one who uses it and says its worth the price although we received this one in exchange for a Vine review. He says it looks like something a butcher would use its so good. We've only had this for like 3 days and have already used it to cut chicken and salmon and it cuts those like butter. You cant cut anything with bones in it but that's probably something you wouldn't try anyway. Its easy to clean although it doesn't look like it would be. You can put it in the dishwasher and make sure its sanitized and since the blades are so doggone sharp you'll want to put it in the dishwasher and not clean it with your hands ever. There's a covering for the blades for you to store that part in when you're not using it. I cant wait to try this with pork and certain cuts of steak!
