How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I feel this torch will last for years since it is so well made. I would buy this again as a gift or if my torch is ever lost. It has exceeded my expectations. For the chefs out there, you can lock the trigger once it's lit so you can torch your creme brulee, see my photos I uploaded. The butane setting is set as low as it can go in order for the flame to stay lit.
The flame ignites on the first attempt, and control of the flame strength is good. I can lower the flame to a small jet, without it going out, using a sliding knob. One can, of course, diminish the flame too far, and it will go out. Operation of the lock (Flame On\Off) requires two hands. The butane reservoir seems to be as large as can be hoped for in a device of this size.
I am impressed by this inexpensive torch. The insulation immediately surrounding the jet flame is thicker than I have seen in similar devices, which lessens the likelihood of heat damage to the device.
Easy to use. Has a lock feature in case little hands get ahold of it. Nice look to it, stylish in that since. Only thing that would make it better is if it was filled, but then pretty sure that's agaisnt shipping policies.
I just made my first Creme Brûlée. I always wanted to make em but I didn't have the portable torch to flambé. This little torch works great. When I first used it, the flame slows down after couple of minutes & I kept adding more fuel about 3x. (I wish there's a see thru window that allows to see much fuel is already inside). Then after that the flame come out strong & even.
I can't say anything bad about this. I have no cons for this. It works way better than the torch I previously purchased for twice as much. This is easy to use & very well built. Good construction & I like how it feels heavier in my hand. What a great value!!!
This torch works well. The flame is adjustable. Has plenty of power (I am new to this type of thing so I set a few marshmallows right on fire). But seems like it will be great once I understand the technique better. There is also a lock so you do not have to push the button the whole time while doing your work. The design is beautiful.
I bought this torch to pop air bubbles and create cells in my acrylic pour paintings. So far, it has worked wonderfully. Very helpful tool to have while painting.
It crystallized the sugar on my grapefruit nicely and made it super juicy, yum! Looking forward to using it with my painting projects and other culinary adventures!
This little gadget is really great for the price. It is pretty to look at and has a nice weight and hand feel without being too heavy or bulky. Easy to fill, just remember to buy your butane!
Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of this torch, considering the low price. I appreciate the weight, that is heavy enough to tell me that it is well made, the ignite button is easy to press and lights the torch on the first try, and the small size makes it convenient to store. It doesn't ship with the butane (to be expected), but you can pick this up at many places, including Walmart. So far, I've only used this for creme brulee but looking forward to trying it on steaks!
it's got some weight to it - easy to use and hold but nice that it's not flimsy so it sits nicely on the counter between uses. The lock is easy to engage and open to use. It starts each time and the flame is easily adjusted. Laugh but I use this for acrylic paint pouring as an amateur. However, I'm inspired to try a cream brule' just to see! I can see it would also be easy to sear steaks prior to cooking to lock in juices after marinating them. Super pleased.
So far so good! Was very easy to fill with butane. I let it sit for a little bit as directed, and then tested it on each flame setting. the lowest flame had a little trouble staying on, but I think that was due to the quality of butane used, and not the product itself. It made the perfect finishing touches for some creme brule (which wasnt horrible considering it was the first time i made it). Definitely consider it a good product. : )
I’ve been practicing making creme brûlée’s for our baby shower and so of course I had to buy a butane torch and I decided to go with this one based on reviews, looks and price. Not disappointed at all! Easy to use. Instructions were clear.
I bought this torch primarily to light my chip smoker box for my grill. It arrived today, and I am very pleased. I fill it with butane, per the instructions, and it lit on the first click, with a blazing blue flame.
This does exactly what I wanted it to do, and it's easier that I expected it to be! Once I figured out to where to buy butane during a pandemic, it was very simple to load. I've used it to brown the skin on a piece of chicken after I'd re-heated it, and to melt cheese and toast marshmallows. It takes up very little space and is very light and although I'm not strong at all, it's easy to use. I love it!
It's an awesome torch, easy to use and the self lock button is a feature all torches should have, my last torch I accidentally left on because the locking system was within the button that ignites the flame so yeah this is a totally different slide button on top of the torch back by the easy to push button knob. So all y'all chefs from one chef to another buy one of these hell by 2 it's really a great product, just need to see if they have different colors than red, favorite color is blue that's why, other than that it's an awesome buy whether you're a chef or not get one of these
I am a kitchen gadget addict! So recently a kitchen torch has been on my radar. I wanted to be able to caramelize the top of my ribs without drying them out in the broiler, that’s what started it. Then I had to make sure I would have enough to use it for to justify buying it. I came across this one, and it looked simple to use and not expensive so I did it. I am happy to say I am so glad I did. I like finding new recipes to use it with. It’s easy to use and easy to store. Just make sure you get the right butane bottle, you need one with a long nozzle. It makes caramelizing so simple. So please don't think twice and buy this amazing product you will love it
I do a lot of wiring at my job can I use this to melt heat shrink works perfect always lights in the right size. I have had two other brands that just stopped working will not ignite this one always ignites in the lock is nice cuz you don't have to use the lock every time you go to light it the lock can lock it out what you have to slide every time or you leave it in the open position and he just pull the trigger and it works.I also bought this one because I was dropping them or they were getting banged around in a ceramic tips for breaking off this one has a full metal surrounding the ceramic making it very productive now that I have tested it for 90 days I'm going to buy another ... not that I will ever need another one. I buy for at home and one for a backup for either one
I purchased this item for igniting grilling pellets in a smoke tube for cold smoking, and also to help clean the grease trough of my pellet smoker. It has excelled at both. I'm able to leave it lit a lot longer than I thought I'd be able to. Fills easily. Good lifespan on a fill. The only negative I can find is that I don't personally like the location of the flame adjustment. It's in an easy to accidentally adjust area and is very easy to adjust. In fact, if they tightened that up a smidgen it would probably solve both problems. It's a rather minor irritant if at all and knowing what I know now, I would still buy this product as it is rock solid. It's really a 4.9 but deserved a 5 a lot more than a 4 so I gave it to them.
