So far I love it! I work from home on a computer all day so it’s easy to use and helps time pass. It also makes my jar tired so helps me from over eating and constant snacking while sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day. Once I master this one I will be getting the next step for sure!!! It definitely works, but it hurts my front two teeth which are what is used to bite down on it. I make sure to only train it every other day or every two days, I can see how it causes some people to have pain if they have Tmj. There’s a significant difference in my bite force when I eat food. I had to open a wine cork with my teeth and it was almost too easy. I expected to be using more force because my cousin couldn’t open it and gave it to me to open. I felt like I had a significant difference in bite strength. I just don’t know how the more advanced and harder jacked jaws will be on my front teeth. I’ll keep this updated.

These are supposed to help train for muslces in your face and help you get rid of that double chin and improve your face to improve your smile. you can use them anyway . They are small discreet and you can multitask while using them. They are made of silicone and safe to put in your mouth.
So I started with the yellow and I think that's the perfect place e to start. Yes, it's difficult to do it for more than a minute or two but it works the muscles well and it's satisfying. Yes the front two teeth can hurt a little but I was able to work around that by holding it a particular way in my mouth. Even if not to get a jacked jawline, it just feels great after working out your jaw muscles.
This is an awesome product!!! I honestly feel like it's changing my life. There are not many products like this out there and the ones that are are too expensive. This one is just right for the price. I've only been using it for a couple weeks and I swear I've been getting more compliments from the ladies when I go out. My girlfriend gets so jealous and she can't stop touching my face, she says I look like a Greek God!! My jaw has never been so defined. I was worried that this would be too hard or too big to fit my mouth according to some reviews. It’s not, as for it being hard, well it is a little tougher than I thought it would be but I guess that’s the point. I tried once and could barely do 15 reps. I’m sure will get easier in time and then have to move up to the next level. So far I feel I made the correct choice ordering Jacked Jaw. Time will tell
I purchased the easy version of this product and even that does a great job exercising my jaw. The shape fits my relatively small mouth well, and there are no issues with it tasting bad and or being hard to wash. I enjoy using this jaw exerciser whenever I’m watching a tv show or otherwise just chilling and it’s a great way to easily tone your jawline while relaxing. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a jaw exerciser, or anyone who’s just looking for something new to try.
People forget that your face has muscles just like other parts of your body which you can exercise to slim down. After using this exerciser a few times (following the instruction), I can feel the jaw muscles get tired like any other muscle. Be very careful not to overdue the workout as you do not want cramping with your jaw muscles/face. It is not a pleasant experience to have lockjaw and can be frightening. I have used a similar product before. This jaw exerciser is more stiff than that one requiring more effort and less repetitions. Just be patient and don’t overdo it and you will be on your way to stronger and slimmer jaw.
