We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
After trying 4 other alarm clocks, this one is a gem! We love the projection for the ceiling, and it works fine (2 alarm clocks from a local store had the projection, but it shone upside down on the ceiling, with no way to get it right, other than facing the whole clock toward the wall). The dimmer setting is dim enough for us (the other 4 had dimmer features which were still way too bright). And the instructions are easy to understand (unlike the others). Thankful for this one!
We have had a few other clocks similar to this but this particlar one is really the best by far. As long as you walk through the directions it is easy to use and understand and very clear, bright and digit size easy to read. Our outdoor sensor went on the blink and I emailed the company and they quickly sent me a replacement free of charge quickly. Thank you for being so nice and giving us a good product on top of that.
This clock works great. It updates the time every night at 3am. Very accurate. At first, I had the projection on the ceiling and it was not sharp. It is not focus adjustable. But then I aimed it at the wall (about 2 feet away) and it looks great. Comes with outside temperature sensor and I just put It outside between the window & screen. Works great. I like knowing inside my room actual temp and outside temp (the display alternates). Small foot print projection clock that doesn’t take up much space on the night stand. I am happy with it after several months.

We bought an inexpensive ceiling projection alarm clock for our camper and decided immediately that we needed something similar for the house. This clock fit the bill perfectly, as it has several extras that the cheaper one doesn’t. The USB charging spot is very handy for a cell phone left on the head of the bed overnight. It’s nice to have not only the time projected on the ceiling but also the inside and outside temperatures, so we know before we ever get out of bed what to expect and how we might want to dress for the day. The various colors and multiple levels of brightness for the clock display are a nice added feature. It also conveniently offers two separate alarms. Our son wants one now!
There is a little learning curve on the instructions. If you have trouble...just google it...very helpful. Yes, we have three of them...two in bedrooms and one by my desk. They are the go to clocks in our house. Tip. Do put the remote sensor where it is subject to direct sunlight...well of course you knew that. Additionally, the company should be very proud of their product.
I love this one. I tried several brands of projection alarm clocks and this one is the most effective I have found. - First and foremost, it is bright and easy to read at any projection angle. - One can darken the clock’s display completely and only “project” - I do not need to keep the manual next to it every time I need to make changes. The setup is relatively intuitive. - Although I personally do not use it, the temperature (in/out) component can be useful.
