How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Good quality
I think this nail drill is great for beginners! This is a good tool to use if you’re just getting into gel x nails. I can’t speak for acrylic uses but for gel x it is amazing! The simplicity of the drill speed, bits, and instructions is perfect. It comes with extra sanding bits as well to buff off gel polish which is so helpful and cost friendly so you don’t have to buy anything additional. I highly recommend this kit if you’re starting out with gel x or doing nail art in general—would def purchase again if mine were to break or if anything were to happen to it.

This is the best nail file that I have had so far. It's light weight and very easy to use. I love that it is electric so it won't lose it's power. The bits are nice and easy to use as well. Being able to control the speed and direction is a huge bonus!
Bought this after a jewhitney brand stopped working after a year. Turns out this has been the better option! Works both directions so easy to use and works great for mani & pedi.
This is my first dremel. I really love it for removing gel polish. It changes speeds and directions. I recommend wearing a mask while using it so you aren't breathing gel polish powder which kicks up into the air.
As I got older my toenails grew thicker and impossible to cut. I went for pedicures often. But as the world changed I no longer had access to that luxury. I decided to make a headway in toenail cutting. Best part it works looking forward to wearing sandals again.
If I could give this a 500/10 I would! Highly highly highly recommend! Especially if you're a beginner get this! So user friendly! It works so well and such a good price! It is such good quality and comes with so many file replacements! Like I said 500/10 but I can only give it a 5 so know it's the best! If you're thinking about it just do it! Go buy it you won't be disappointed
I have saved a fortune using this product. OMG, I love this device. You can set it as fast or slow as you want it to go, and it has forward and reverse. What I really love about it is that you can purchase the additional sanders when yours is run down, and it takes a long time to do that unless you have Alien toenails... LOL. This has saved me so much money on mani and pedis... I do my own now and I am unapologetic about it. This is also good for people with thick toenails it will save your hands on using a pumice stone or nail file.

I usually do not leave reviews but I was highly impressed with this product. This is the only polisher I have used that has actually taken off the white discoloration left from my nail polish. I am very satisfied with the results.

Looks exactly as pictured and shipping was fast. Great little tool; I have some thickened toenails and this gently shaves them down evenly. I use the rough sandpaper rounds and tap-touch repeatedly so as to not build up heat. Once it gets near where I want the thickness, I switch to one of the metal tips. Hs greatly improved both my comfort and the life of my socks! Highly recommended!

guys i bought this because im not patient enough to file my nails, it just takes too long. But with this machine its super easy and fast, i recommend this one! Its nice to file my nails and to take gel polish off too.

Love this product!
I love this nail drill! Light enough and easy to maneuver when doing my own nails. I am right handed dominant. Love the reverse switch so I can work on my left hand. I can lightly buff my natural nails, remove cuticles on the nail bed and file my acrylic nails smooth and flawless with the metal attachments. I use the bands only to remove polish as it does heat up on the lowest speed. I accidentally hit my natural nail. Ouch.
