How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I have limited hand mobility and was looking for something that could keep my fingernails trim. This is the perfect product for me. Recharging is not an issue because I have other electronics with the same USB connectors.
Friend saw it on TikTok. I bought one to try it out. It trims so well I don’t need to file afterwards. Only concern is I’d like it to get the sides of my nails more.
My disabled son has difficulties using nail clippers. These work great! He can clip his own nails now.
Really like it. Had stroke. Now can clip & file myself. Some say it’s slow. I like that you have better control; even on high. They look finished too. Been looking for something like this for years. Also have arthritis. Easy to hold. Love it. Recommend to anyone with dexterity problems.
SOOOOO cool - just a tinsy bit at a time is removed by filing, not clipping. Don't worry - get it and be really glad you did!
Just received my electric nail clippers. Love this product! This tool makes it so easy to not only cut but shape your nails without having to file them. It's a little expensive but worth it to me.

What a wonderful product! Since my stroke I have limited use of my left hand, this is perfect for me to use! Love this product! I bought it for my son who has cerebral palsy. This gives him some independence with self care. Does take some practice but well worth it!

Amazing for baby nails. With the way its set up there is 0 fear of nicking my baby's skin AND it actually gets her nails short enough where I won't be mauled by her talons anymore.
It is so easy to clip my nails now. Works great! Just wish it was easier to empty. Th nail clippings clings to the container.
I really feel pictures helping when you buy products. Not saying that cuz I do search before I get things. My baby girl she is only 2 yrs old and cry a lot from nail clipper . So this is the best I do recommend it. Yes they have pink and other colors
I love this nail clipper! It files and trims at the same time. So easy! Compared with traditional nail clippers, this Magic S electric nail clipper is safe and quick, easy to hold, suitable for more people, like kids and grandparents. Now my kids can clip their fingernails by themselves without worrying they clip their fingers. My grandpa has trouble using traditional nail clippers, for poor sight, but he can use this one without any problem, he likes this nail clipper very much.

It takes a little time to get the correct angle to trim each nail. Mine are each so different. Some take golfing it perpendicular, and turn the device as you move along the nail. You can do it!
