How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I am a small, older female. I like taking care of my 40 acre place. I have both this saw and the Worx 10" chainsaw. I got the smaller one first. It's very light. It's excellent on 1-3" saplings/small trees. You can do larger trees and branches but it take more work and sometimes the bar gets stuck, so I decided to get this one for the larger trees. It works very well, just the like the smaller one. It's a bit heavier, but I can still use it without getting too tired.
I just used it today and I was still so impressed that I decided to come back and write this review. Make sure to maintenance it properly to keep it running well though. I always keep the bar and chain oil well full and I clean the blade and blade turbine mechanism after every use. Its super easy to clean and there is even a diagram on the plastic frame to show me which way to put the blade back on. I can take the blade off, clean it and put the blade back on without any tools in about 5 minutes, super easy. Great product, obviously I'm a big fan.
Love this saw! I've always wanted one of my own (I'm a 60 yr old married woman). I get tired of waiting for my hubs or son or grandson to help me so i bought this for myself for mothers day. I watched a youtube video 1st to make sure I put the chain on exactly like it's supposed to be. I had it assembled and cutting a log in under 15 minutes from the time it arrived at my house.
everything was as described
Compared to a gasoline chainsaws, the worx is light weight, more compact, quiter, and cuts like butter through sizable wood. I like the idea that no matter what tool you purchase from worx, all the batteries are interchangable. BTW, the batteries will definitely last long enough to get the job done Highly recommended

This saw is designed great. As a professional carpenter, I need tools to help me save time while I'm working. This saw does exactly that. It also stays accurate. I was able to cut 7 treated 2x12 stair carriages at the same time. Afterwards, I held my square on the cut and it was perfectly square. It is still a chain saw, so if you expect a clean circular saw cut, you will be disappointed. It is not for finish carpentry. This was one of the best purchases I have made.

The chain saw is super easy to put together. Cut down some branches of our backyard maple tree smoothly. Very powerful!

This device is fantastic! I ended up welding it directly to a back rack; but the way it holds the chainsaw is perfect. I’ve been using it for about two months now, doing major off-roadIng in the woods and my chainsaw has not come loose once.

It is structurally sound and has worked well for my deep woods logging. It is easier and more efficient to have the UTV scout and cut the logging roads.
The more I use it the more I like it - can't believe I waited so long to get it. Definitely recommend!
I like them because they don’t rattle and hold the saw tight unlike the holster type. My terrain is very rough and backwoods and I’m usually going faster than I should be so keeping the saw from jumping all around is good for me. I don’t mind that I have to turn the knob to get it out.
These saw holders come well built and the mounting plate makes them very adaptable for installation on other vehicles besides ATV's. The standard hardware is made for use on 1" tubing, so I needed my own bolts and improvised hardware to bolt only my tractor roll bar, but it was made easier by the large plates and adjustable angles for the saw press. If you have some handy skills, these brackets are worth the addition to your equipment.
This chainsaw cuts through limbs and tree trunks so easily and it is easy for me 5'3" to tote and use. The battery life is great but I do not use it continuously for long periods of time. Still after doing any task the batteries are still over 3/4 full! I have also completed several tasks without needed to add oil to the reservoir. So far my biggest task was cutting an 8" by 5' diameter trunk off of a peach tree and then cut it into 9 in segments. I had no problems whatsoever (aurgh aurgh aurgh) and the chain did not get stuck or come off (one does need to understand from which side to cut of course). Additionally debris has not lodged in the chainsaw to wick oil from the reservoir.
