How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I like being able to "see" autos and other bikers behind me. The fact this model had an arm that is adjustable made is just perfect. I will likely also be getting one for adult daughter for the holidays.
It is well made and meet expectations. I had one small problem the clamp was too large for my handle bar so I wrapped a piece of flat rubber on the handle bar to make it fit tight.
The product was easy to install. The product seems to shake a little as I’m riding my bicycle making it a little difficult to see exactly what’s going on behind me. I will keep it and try it again.
We bought this for my husband's knee scooter while recovering from leg surgery. Our infant loved it so much I ended up buying two more and installing them on a baby gate and changing table! The mirror is durable and it's ability to move around is great me.
Robust product. Installation was a challenge, inserts/shims were so stiff, but finally got it together. Like the thumb nut at the clamp, easy to loosen and reposition. No shaking of the image, very easy to adjust and reposition. Excellent product
Handle bar mounted bike mirror with long arm and convex mirror. Easy to install with just a screw driver and provides great visibility. When I'm bike riding with my husband and small kids I'm often in front and I like being able to see them in this mirror instead of trying to turn my head around. This mirror can be mounted above or below the handle bar. For my cruiser bike I chose below the handlebar because it gives me better visibility. I had to use both extra spacer strips provided to make a snug install and it stays put.
Bought this for an Electra Townie. Installation was easy with the included spacers. It is flexible enough to adapt to our needs and sturdy enough to keep the position as we ride over cobblestones. Especially for the price, I think this is an excellent bike mirror.
Easy to install, stays steady over rough terrain, provides a nice wide field of view. Sturdy product overall. Worth the money.
Very easy to install, very stable and doesn't move around when riding. I also like the fact that it's adjustable. I like it better than the more expensive one that came as an add-on with my expensive e-bike. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.
First set of mirrors I bought didn't give me a clear view of what was behind me. After searching around I found this product and bought. Installed it in just a matter os minutes with 1 of the 2 strips and bent the shaft to a Angle suited for my height and viewing angle. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy.
Opens a whole new world behind. So easy to view. Picture behind is so clear. Best bike mirror I've used. Had a few in my time on different bikes. This ticks all the boxes. It replaces a previous in bar folding mirror. Lots more expensive, less clear view and ultimately glass came loose! Comes with three different size rubber gaskets to get correct fit in bar end. So, buy with confidence. Great value and so far I would say very well made.
This is so useful for biking inside the city. You will not easily understand what is going on behind you as the mirror is not that big, but if a car will arrive behind you it is easy to notice. So it improves safety by a lot.
Easy to install and needed to use both of the spacers for make a snug fit to the handlebar. The wide angle mirror makes it easy to see traffic coming up on you.
The mirror is glass, crystal clear and breaks away without damaging it when you hit is against a fixed object. Excellent product.
This is the best bike mirror. Easy to adjust as you ride, and you can swing it right out of the way when you are putting your bike away.

Very easy to install and is adjustable. Gives a good idea of how close other vehicles are to your bike. Much better than the more expensive mirror I had previously.
