How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I purchased two other mirrors for my e-bike that either didn't work or were really difficult to install. This is incredibly easy to put on my e-bike. I love it!
Installation was a little tough because I had to use the thick shim and work around the control panel wire. (It's an e-bike). The adjustable arm is stiff and holds the mirror in place, this is important because I couldn't get it as close to the handle grip as I wanted because the small control panel is mounted next to the grip. The only down side that I saw was that, I don't recall seeing in the instructions, a note instructing you to peel off the opaque covering on the mirror. It seemed logical, however, and the problem was solved.
This seems to be a well-built mirror that gives a good rear view - exactly what I wanted so I didn’t have to strain my neck looking back when I wanted to make a turn. While I try to keep alert to the sound of approaching cars, this mirror will provide an extra degree of assurance. Fairly easy to install, although I would have appreciated a little instruction sheet, as I wasn’t sure what could be bent and turned at the time of installation, and only now did I watch the video. I think it looks good installed on my bike!
I just received and installed on our bikes. Nothing bad to say, they are exactly what I was looking for and work totally as described.
My husband loves the mirror! The best thing he loves about it is that he sees out of it. It’s very emotionally stable and it’s well adjusted also because possibly it had a good upbringing 🤪. It fit easily on two different style of handlebars mustache and Mountain bike style..
I was surprised how well these mirrors fit on my Rad Rover5. Easy to install and well built. Definitely worth the money. I used one for my left side and plan to use the extra as a spare in case I break the first one. Works great for street use; haven’t used it off road yet.
I know it's only a mirror, and trivial to leave a review on something so inexpensive and minor in life, but made the wife happy because I didn't spend a lot to get what she wanted so she could feel safe riding around the neighbor and to the beach. Buy and enjoy.
After purchasing the handlebar mounted mirrors and realizing that we could not see much behind us but a lot of our shoulders, we decided to give this a chance and they worked great. Highly recommend this for others and have sold three other pairs to our friends.
These rear view mirrors are perfect for our 20" folding electric bikes. They fit easily into the side of the handgrips. You just have to cut the edge off so you can put the fitting inside the handlebar in order to compress it from the inside. Don't be afraid to do it; it will work just fine. Having it on the paths and roadways is a major benefit, and the fact that these fold and have great sightlines make them an easy choice for purchase.
I tried the other mirrors that have long necks and attach to the handlebar, and they just get in the way and look like addons and clutter. Go with these side mount mirrors, very east to install and they fold nicely in (and out when not using).
We are using them on our ebikes. I did have to attach them to the handgrips as the bars were too small in diameter where they needed to be installed. The large shim strip was too stiff to make it usable. But I am happy and they work well. One thing to note is that the images in the mirrors seem much farther away than the really are. Overall satisfied.
This mirror is very easy to install and does its job very well. It’s easy to clean. It’s VERY adjustable because you can tilt the mirror within its casing to adjust exactly as you need.
A mirror is an essential safety item on a bike, whether you're riding on the street with cars or on a trail where other bicyclists may pass you on the left. This one was easy to install without removing any attachments from the handlebar, stays where you put it and the convex mirror has an excellent field of view.
This is a good quality mirror, easily adjustable and large enough to capture a wide view of cars approaching me from behind. Installation took a mere 2 minutes. I am very, very happy; it is exactly what I need to afford myself a good chance of evading inattentive or impaired drivers overtaking me.
Great mirrors. Thanks to the other reviews with instructions, they were needed. Once you figure out your plan of attack to install, they are fantastic. We have high rise handlebars on our bike, so these work out great. You can adjust them anyway you want. I feel so much safer riding now that I can see approaching cars.
I needed something for my Electra 3i cruiser handlebars and this is just dandy. It comes with plastic inserts but I had to wrap foam-insulation first to keep the mirror from sliding around. Also, the mirror, which is very clear and gives a good, wide view, is like the side mirrors on your car: objects in mirror are closer than they appear" by A LOT! So, be careful! Very happy with purchase.
This mirror is light weight and comes with everything you need to install it on a standard handle bar. It is pretty easy to install as well. I like that you can adjust the mirror to either over or under the handle bar depending on what kind of bicycle you have

This was just what was needed for my e-motorbike. Its got a long stem and lots of adjustability for the best rearview possible.
Exactly what I needed! This is the second attempt at trying to find mirrors for my bike and I am happy! The vision through the mirror is crisp. It is sturdy and stays in place while riding and will bend for storage.
I needed a ‘very adjustable’ yet stable mirror for a recumbent where using the mirror if more critical than most bikes. This was both lightweight and adjustable. It also proved an excellent view of traffic behind me!
My husband is an engineer, so he def has capability to put things together. Once he tried to install on my bike handles, he said “ send it back, does not fit”. I mentioned to him, that I thought it was universal & could fit any type of bike. We looked at the video, as NO INSTRUCTIONS were enclosed. We did not know what to do with the 2 black Velcro strips. We finally figured out that it goes around the o-ring, and proceeded to tighten the screw. This mirror has been very helpful, especially with corona virus, and biking has become a daily exercise. I think if you sent out the instructions with the mirror, you would have happier customers.
What a cool piece of equipment. It has the properties of a gooseneck but about a third of the weight. If for no other reason, you should get this mirror to way increase your safety. Did I mention it's light? The mirror itself is large, high quality, rattles not and can be bent to any angle you want. Not sure what plastic it's made of but you actually have to use some muscle to bend to the desired position. The mirror has a sweet thumbscrew system that needs no tools and all of 3 minutes to install. Once the mirror is set, it does not move. Doesn't matter the trail. It doesn't move. Added bonus if you toss your ride into the back of your vehicle - this mirror can be easily tweaked to keep it from getting pinned under the weight of the bike. At the price it's a no brainer.
