How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Easy to set up, does what it says on the tin. The sensor is a little inconsistent, sometimes being too sensitive, some times too insensitive. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the lighting conditions in the bathroom. It's not bad overall. I worry about the longevity and sturdiness of the hinges and actuating mechanism, but that's just because it looks a little insubstantial, not really because there's an obvious design flaw or problem. Perfect size for plastic shopping bags to be used as liners.
Got this back in January to go with my newly redesigned office at home. Works great and haven't had to replace the battery's yet. In hindsight I might have considered a larger one if they had it but it's fairly adequate for papers and other office debris. I found small trash can bags at the grocery store that fit great so it stays clean (you can actually use the plastic grocery bags as well, they fill perfectly. Of course there is the fun of watching the dog freak out when he sniffs the can and top pops up. He thinks it's attacking him...lol. Good buy and highly recommended.
We're using normal plastic bags and tuck the bag top under the ring that goes over the base. Very quick to install and use.
I bought two of these trash bins - one for my mom and one for my dad. The reason is...the Jack Russell Terrier likes to go through the garbage and we're tired of cleaning up after him. HOPEFULLY he doesn't figure out how the sensor works.
Love how sensitive it is to motion and how it doesn’t need me to do anything for the kid to close. I noticed that if placed under a desk and the desk is about 1 ft or 12 inches above it, the lid won’t close automatically. I had to move the whole piece away in order to close. I used 2 C batteries (Panasonic brand) and it works great! Odor is contained and my dogs are unable to retrieve anything out of the garbage bin.
Delivered when expected. Had a dent on one narrow side, but it was fixed with a simple push from the inside. Got 2 Duracell C-cell batteries and it worked immediately. Overall design is better than the 2.1 gallon version. Plastic bag-retaining ring was fine, and it works to hold the bag that fits the unit. Duracell batteries replaced in Feb 2020, so they lasted about 16 months. Definitely recommended.
We have this trash can in our bathroom and I love it, it fits perfectly, is very good quality and the sensor works great. We already have this exact same model in the 22 gallon in our kitchen and we love that one as well. Your trash is hidden in this very sleek and beautiful looking trash can. We originally purchased because our dogs kept getting in the trash when ever they got the chance, these cans put an end to that! We are very happy with the "Nine Stars" products that we have purchased so far, and would definitely buy again.
I like the display, sensor works pretty well. No touching which is great. I am using this on my home office and although I expected it a little bigger, it is still a very good choice.It is very simple to use and seems to be long-lasting.
I am really loving this new trash can. It keeps our five cats from getting all up in to it and scattering the office trash. I was a bit confused about the battery compartment, but they reassured me that it was simply for scent items. It didn't come with bags or have area to store them. It charged right up and still is charged nearly a month later. It works perfectly. I love it.
This is the perfect garbage can for caregivers. When doing peri care it is essential to touch things as little as possible. My husband and mother care for my father; this has been a great help to them to be able to toss soiled items into the can without having to touch the lid with contaminated, gloved hands. The operation is simple and reliable. Great quality - We absolutely recommend it!
Used as our bathroom trashcan.... not the prettiest design but def the best from all of the options I've seen here. It's The perfect size for a bathroom trashcan and exactly what I was looking for. it's great! Batteries (not included) seems to last a while too. The back has an on/off switch.
This product is very well made. The motion sensor is very reliable, product design is very nice and modern, quiet and extremely hygienic. A nice touch to our newly remodeled bathroom.
Works great next to the toilet. Got it to replace the old rusty looking foot activated one. No power close to it so the battery operated one works great.

The title says it all... I bought 3 of these and still love them three years later. The size is perhaps its best attribute; not to big and not to small.
I love this trash can. It has been a staple in my bathroom since I moved into my apartment back in August. Its battery life is great too because I haven’t had to change the batteries once. It is easy on the eyes too. Gives my bathroom a modern feel and since covid less touching is better so it helps prevent the spread. I 10”% recommend def worth the money.
I have had this trashcan now for 3 mos and it has worked flawlessly. I use this in my master bathroom. So nice to have a touchless trashcan in the bathroom. I have had no issues with the auto sensing. I have not had to replace the battery yet either. They are a bit pricey for a kids bathroom, but I like it so much, I'm going to buy one for their bathroom as well.
I have these Ninestars motion sensor garbage cans in every room; in all sizes. This little one is a little pricey but well worth the money. It fits perfectly in the small space next to my bed, and the inside ring keeps the trash bag securely in place. This is a new design and a huge benefit. I have two of the older design and though I love them; this updated version is even better!!
I’ve wanted one of these for a while but thought the price was ridiculous for a trash can but I love it. Started with a larger nine tales for the kitchen and couldn’t wait to save up for the mini bathroom one. Wish they made one between the two for the bedrooms and they may. Haven’t had them long enough to review longevity but they better last a while bc a Lil pricey but love them so far.
