How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I got this to mount my phone on the handlebars of my Motorcycle. It's made of what feels like quality aluminum and mounts solidly to my handlebars. It needs to be adjusted quite far out to fit my iPhone XR, but once my phone is mounted in, it's not going anywhere. I'm very happy with this mount.
It appears to be sturdy, Cast/Machined Aluminun. It it was easy to adjust to my iPhone, it even has rests that will keep the phone from sliding out of the bottom should the screw clamping mechanism loosen while riding.
I have 3 different phone mounts for mountain biking. Was still searching for a better one, so bought 2 of these... and due to how impressed I was with this product I was compelled to author a review. I have an iPhone Xs Max with the Apple brand leather case. This mount is near perfect. The clamp mechanism uses a screw to tighten the grip on the phone. No clumsy spring loaded clamp mechanism and rubber bands necessary which is the beauty of this design. The entire mount is aluminum rather than a blend of metal and plastic or all plastic that are often used in other products. Due to this, the mount is sturdy. And while it only grips the lower half of the large phone with its prongs, that is all that it needs. The phone is very secure. The prongs that grip the case are long enough for my phone/case combo but if you have a thicker case you may have issues as prongs may be shorter than the thickness of your case.

I bought one for me and one for my wife. They are mounted on bicycles and are excellent. I would highly recommend. Very sturdy and secure.
Installed on vmax. All metall, bolts will need a special hex key, if someone will try to steal holder from bike. Has 2 set of adjustment pads for different diameters.
This worked out perfect for use on my Sportster. Seems to be very well made and does not take away from the aesthetics of my bike like some of the bigger bulkier ones. I bought it so I could use a GPS speedometer I downloaded to my cell phone because the OEM speedo on my sporty is inaccurate.. I normally don't put anything made in China on my bike but.. Would recommend this item..
This thing works awesome! It fits my iPhone 8 with otter box case on. My phone fits perfect with Ortlieb front bag. Only fits on circular pipe. Comes with multiple size rubber shims for different diameter bars.
I bought 3 of these, one is on my motorcycle, held my Galaxy Note 9 with no issues, and was solid, and secure on my first ride out with it. I took the expressway with no worry what so ever about my phone. highly recommend
This is a quality product and really easy to set up and use. I have it mounted to my motorcycle right now but I’m going to get another one for my bicycle and quad. My iPhone attaches and detaches in two seconds. The only problem with this item is the security feature, do you need a specialty Allen wrench to attach it to your handlebar. You can’t use a standard Allen wrench to install it, you need to use their specialty Allen wrench and the one they sent me didn’t work so I needed to use my grinder and drill bit to make it work . Now I have to make sure I don’t lose this Allen wrench because I may need to make adjustments once in a while. This is a silly security feature because nobody’s going to try to steal this off my bike. Please fix these Alan wrenches because I’m sure other people have had the same problem I did. But like I said earlier the product is perfect.
Nice quality, all aluminum, zero plastic, flawless anodized finish, simple installation (install one hex screw to hold to the bar and tighten another that holds the phone mount to the bar mount). Grips the phone and the handlebar well, very secure. After I installed the unit I took a quick 5 mile ride over some pretty good bumps and curbs and the phone held solid.
Works REALLY well. You set it up on your handlebars (and they include extra rubber pieces and hardware to ensure a good fit), and it does a good job holding your phone where you've set it. I rated "security features" lower as, well, there are none, as if you forget and leave your phone on the bike, it takes 2 seconds for someone to unscrew the tightening knob and take your phone (but who's gonna forget their phone? I have a Galaxy Note 10 with large case and it easily stayed in the bracket, rock solid. Highly recommended (enough that I bought a second one 2 weeks later for my wife's bike.)
I got my mount today and rushed out and installed it. It fit perfectly and the tightening adjustment looks like it'll hold up well. The thing mounts VERY solid to my handlebars. Plus, both screws for installation require the security allen wrenches with the raised center cylinder. My only concern is the plastic rotation and lock mechanism. I only fear that it will wear out, but as of yet, it should last. If it does wear out, I'll adjust my review. So far, I'm a fan.
I’m using the mount with an iPhone 6S and the arms of the cradle don’t press any of the buttons and actually leave a fair deal of room around them for access. As a few other reviews mentioned, the mounting screws are a special security style of Allen head bolt that has a center pin and requires the included wrench or a similar “security” type Allen wrench to remove, which is good for security, but could be a pain if you lose the wrench or plan to remove the mount often.
When we got the phone mount in the mail, we didn't get the tool to tighten and loosen the bolt. It's a special allen-style wrench. My husband contacted the company, and they sent him a replacement. The replacement did not require the allen-style wrench that was mentioned in some of the other reviews that I read. After mounting it easily, we have been riding around with our phones in the mount without worrying about anything. My husband prefers to have a rubber band around the phone, but it has NEVER fallen out. He just likes the "security" the rubber band provides. I can only assume that the company chose to swap to a different style wrench after reading the reviews about the original wrench. Either way, this is a good mount. I highly recommend it.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but I actually really like this mount a lot. I’m using it on my motorcycle and it has been super sturdy and easy to use. The clamp stays tight on the phone throughout heavy riding and the handlebar mount hasn’t drooped or slipped at all.

My packaged arrive on time and in good shape. It was easy to install on 7/8" bars. The included allen wrench is needed to do the job, don't loose it. It seems strong and stable.
