How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I wore this to Diner en Blanc and loved it. It kept us cool, is light and convenient. Batteries lasted at least 6 hours on medium. Haven't tested them to their limits yet.
Perfect for hot days and hot flashes
If I could give this product 6 stars, I would! Keep in mind that I have only received it today so I can’t make any comments on the longevity of the product. HOWEVER, it can charged and had been an immediate life saver. Helping me to deal with the summer heat. I love it and am already ordering a few for friends!! So cute that it lights up but I will never use that part :-)
Bought this for my husband to use at the beach. He loves it!! It’s a gadget you didn’t know you needed until you get it. It actually moves A LOT of air. He uses it when he’s outside grilling too. Great buy! Very well made and I love that its rechargeable.
I bought this for an outdoor concert in the middle of summer. My husband thought I was nuts and said he would "never, ever wear those." Guess who ended up loving them?! Me, of course, but also my husband. These work great! I don't really use the light feature, but I'm sure kids would like that. Love that it has 3 speeds. Great purchase, and I am taking them on an upcoming hiking trip to the desert.
Would definitely recommend getting one.
My wife uses it constantly and my kids try to steal it off her and use it, so it has had some abuse.
Based on the reviews I was a little hesitant to buy this, but pulled the trigger and thought worst case, I've just thrown money out the window. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it works and has kept on working - and most importantly, has reduced my wife complaining to me that she is hot :)

Great little portable fan. We took it with us to Florida at the parks and it was awesome! I have issues with heat exhaustion and this was phenomenal with dealing with the heat! The battery life wasn't bad but if you bring it away from being able to charge it bring a portable charger if you need this to last all day! It takes a few hours to charge which wasn't an issue bc I charged it overnight and had an extra one with me. The lights are cool and there are 2 settings, one is just white and the other is changing between a bunch of different colors. I called it a walking party LOL. Overall awesome little fan to have to keep cool in the heat.
I went to Florida on a work trip to review the new safety guidelines at Disney and Universal Studios. I purchased this exact brand for my family, and other coworkers chose very similar looking products but not from the same manufacturer. Mine lasted all day at the theme parks, while my coworkers died pretty quickly. This made wearing a mask very bearable in the Florida heat. I bought several other best selling self-cooling items, and this one was by far the only one worth any money. I thought it would be a comical purchase, but it ended up being a lifesaver. I am adding it to my “must have” list for hot vacations.
My hot flashes were driving me CRAZY!!! Sweater on, sweater off, sweater on, sweater off.... My hot flashes were so intense I often felt like I was gonna pass out. During the night I would have to turn the ceiling fan on and freeze my poor hubby. This fan is awesome!!!! It probably looks a little dorky wearing it but I don’t care it does what I need it to do...cool me off for just a minute. During the night you can turn it on and direct just to you and not disturb your partner or freeze them out and it’s quiet so it won’t wake them up. It’s awesome around your neck but I have also used it a lot just on my desk, the fans both adjust individually so you can aim it right where you need it. The black part in the curve is hard plastic which is fine but looked like it was foam to me in the photos. I highly recommend this to ladies with hot flashes!!! I could see it being really great for working outside on hot days or sitting at one of the kids sporting events too.
I was pleasantly surprised how much power it has. They point at both side of your face just right (though you can adjust). The lights are pretty cool too and draw some attention. People think they are speakers. On those hot days at my kids soccer practice and game i mist some water on my face and I'm nice and cool!
Yes i would buy again and even recomend them to someone that had second thoughts about them! So far so good!
Ok, when this fan came in the mail i was perturbed a bit. lets just say i heckled her and told her she would be walking by herself because i didn't want people laughing at me. She bought this for Disney BTW.
