How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This neck fan actually works pretty well. It's not super powerful, so sometimes takes a moment to cool you down. But it does well enough.
I spent the rest of the summer sweating like crazy. So this year I determined that I would have to find something I could keep on me to stay cool.
I work in Texas where it's pretty much always hot. Last Summer we convinced some higher-ups to let us use a fan at our station. But then my boss took it away anyway because the cord was a "potential tripping hazard."
Worth the money. To stay mobile, I wound up pairing it with a decent power bank and usb cable for longer use. Works well for times when a more traditional fan would be tough to use.
Does everything it should and more. The battery lasted a full on high!

This little fan is impressive, I’m shocked at how long it’s lasted with the endurance it has. The sound is very quiet while on your neck. It has lights if you needed them to see at night. The wind quality is extremely strong. It is an adult edition which doesn’t fit on my daughter so for adults only.
I took this on vacation to a tropical vacation and it was the smartest move ever. It looks like headphone so no one looks at you wierd and the airflow is great. They have rolling blackouts here but I have not skip one beat. I pop on my fan and keep it breezy. I have also used it while applying my makeup so I dont start sweating before it sets. I take this thing all over the island and people ask where I got it once they figure out its a fan. Plus the light makes me feel a little safer if Im still outside during night time. I love the convience of the charger but Ive used it continously for 2hrs so far and the battery held just fine. The places you can take this and stay cool are just amazing.
I thought this thing looked crazy, but it serves it purpose pretty well! Just don't have your hair down or it may get caught in the fans. The thing blows air pretty well with three different speeds. I'd say it's as strong as some car airconditioners fans. Not only can you wear it on your neck, it works as a great desk fan just setting it on the table and bending the fans to your liking. Buy one! Great price for practical usage.
I didn’t review the battery life because this is my first time use, but this thing is amazing. It’s “supposed” to go around your neck but I wear mine on my hat like this and it’s awesome!
Absolutely amazing little fan. Brings its own charger and easy to use. Just put around your neck and switch on. Yes, it also lights up. I had it on me all day at the park, of course not ON the entire time. Only when I was outside in the heat. It lasted all night and lighting it up during the fireworks was a definite plus.
It works great! Light weight, charges quickly, has three speeds. It really works and helps me stay cool. Some of the medicine I take can make me get over heated quickly outside. This fan is amazing when I am walking or outside with friends. It isn’t to loud because it is close to your ears... I can still have a good conversation with others... it has a small air hum. Not annoying at all. Love it!
I'm pleasantly surprised. I borrowed one from a coworker for a bit and was impressed with it so I'm immediately shopped for one when I got home. I chose this style because of the adjustable neck and the speed setting is easier to access. I haven't had to too long but it seems to perform very similarly with the other one.
Well as us women get older we tent to get hot flashes, which can at times make you want to run naked through a snow storm with an ice pack wrapped in a glacier! Sooooo instead of scaring the neighbors, this helps me cool down during those unexpected moments, that I’m physically on fire raging with the heat of 1000 suns! It cools my face which allows me to breath and not go on a homicidal rampage looking for AC while stripping off my clothes. Thank you
It’s like having a necklace air conditioner. I was amazed at how it positions air in the right spots. The air goes down your shirt and behind your ears which feels great in the heat. It is my new workout companion. .
I work at fedex and this is absolutley wonderful working in the trailers. My friend and I switch off with it. You have to charge it over night tho. If you only charge it for an hour it will not stay on for 6 hours more like 30 minutes.
Been using this on my first trip to Disney World in Florida and it’s been a life saver especially since mask wearing is mandatory. I can’t speak to how long the charge will last and that’s my only complaint, no battery indicator. But I used it on medium to low for roughly 6 hours, turning it off when going into air conditioning. I charged it every chance I got to make sure I was never without. Would highly recommend.
Took this to Hawaii and everyone was asking where they could purchase it! Convenient to toss in a bag and wear when needed. Helped greatly in keeping cool. Love this, we bought 2.
One word.... MENOPAUSE. I am dying with hot flashes right now. I was berry skeptical about this product but for the price, I bought two for our vacation next week. I used it for the first time last night, and these little fans are surprisingly strong. I would highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love these! We did 9 days at Disney and Universal in August . They were a lifesaver! Great battery life and easy to recharge at night. I can’t tell you how many people stopped to ask me about then! I highly highly recommend this!
