How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I'm new to magnet fishing, Adventures With Purpose on YouTube speaks very highly of Brute magnets, he actually inspired me to start magnet fishing. I ordered the Brute 1200lb magnet fishing bundle to get me started and I'm very impressed by the overall quality of the magnet, this magnet is definitely as powerful as they say it is. Once this magnet is stuck to a solid metal object, it's not coming off, very strong. It's great they also include loctite to lock the eye so it doesn't back off the threads, I highly recommend Brute magnets!

I actually bought this for not magnet fishing but as an magnet anchor. We fish under low bridges that is around 20 feet deep but because of the flow it's hard to anchor your boat. When I first used it, we almost couldn't get it back because it was so strong that we can't even budge it from the low bridge overhead. We had to use and actual anchor and hammer it off the bridge. Next time we are bringing a rubber mallet just in case. This worked just as planned and now we can anchor under these low rise bridge and not have to worry about being blown away with the river. This thing is SUPER strong and yeah... don't get your finger between the magnet and the bridge, you probably wont get your finger back.
Great product. Comes with everything you need to start fishing. Magnet has a great amount of pull. Please read the instructions for securing your magnet beforehand. I lost mine the first day out because I failed to secure it first.
Arrived quickly & was packaged well. I’m a 70 yr old granny who is VERY excited to get to use my magnet. Glad that I ordered the box for it & the rope.
The delivery was SUPER FAST (note that we’re in a pandemic). And the product is as efficient as described. In fact, I tested the product by simply sticking it to the fridge and... well, then I couldn't pull it out. The fridge was scratched quite a lot and I almost destroyed the door, lol. It's that strong. Awesome product.

This is not a toy! This product is made with quality in mind right down to the toughest plastic storage case. I bought 3 of them, 1 for me and 1 for each of my 2 sons. We all went to the lake of the Ozarks and started tossing them off of a metal plated dock and was having immediate success. My youngest son who is 21 sat his magnet down on the dock, big mistake we could barely get it slid to the side to get it off, we finally got it . about 5 minutes later he sat it down on the dock again and we litteraly could not get it off, so I had to go to my truck and get a pry bar we got it but it was still hard to do.
Son has wanted to try magnet fishing for some time and at this price I didnt mind him giving it a try. You'll need to purchase a rope in order to use but that was as expected. He has retrieved many fishing lures(some expensive ones) at a local fishing dock and miscellaneous odds and ends which has actually paid for the magnet in only 2 trips. Being a boy scout he is very environmentally aware and loves all the steel objects that he pulls out of the water. He is very happy with performance and many of his friends are now intrested in doing the same.
I’m a diesel/ heavy equipment technician and I bought this to help me hold up hydraulic Porto-Power rams in awkward places to push out pins . It was a life saver taking out Cat D9 ripper pins . The magnet is super strong I maxed out a 20 ton ram several times using it as a pusher puck and a way to hold the ram along with various sized plates, and I’m sure it would have handles a 50 ton . I’m going to by a couple more, one more for work, and another for at home so I could use it for mag fishing and what ever else I can find a use for it .
The magnet is super strong, much stronger than I thought it would be. The package comes in a nice case, which includes the magnet, the thread locker, the stainless ring to attach your rope with (instructions say to allow 24 hours for the thread locker to set before using), a very strong rope with sewn ends instead of knots for added strength, and the carabiner clips with threaded latches. This magnet is perfect for fishing from a bridge or dock. I would suggest adding a second magnet (double sided) for fishing from the bank. Other than that, grab some gloves and a bucket and have fun.
An amazing product my kids and I go magnet fishing almost every weekend and this product really lives up to its description it's the second one I have bought from brute force and wouldn't buy from any other company have a couple buddy's who have bought other magnets from other companies and they dont even come close to the quality or true description of what they said would recommend if you are gonna get one only buy brute force

Extremely happy with this purchase. Sturdy case that holds the magnet tight. The cubby for the rope accepts all of it even AFTER you've used it . I had big trouble pulling the magnet off of a steel bridge so it's as strong as advertised. The kit comes with thread locker like Loctite for the lifting eye. Definitely a good set up.
This magnet is mindblowingly powerful! High quality manufacturer and you definitely get what you pay for (and more with this purchase). The magnet is beautiful. The eye bolt is extremely solid and it attaches firmly to the magnet. The rope and carabiner are absolutely top notch. Highest of quality and truly perfect addition. The case seals the deal. This is a very strong magnet, the case keeps things organized and magnet away from items that could be damaged. The rope and carabiner that come with it are strong and serve the purpose. For me I went with a stronger rope to be safe, that's just me. Would definitely buy again.
Man, this thing looks like it should. A big magnet in its own box. It came with a set of gloves that are okay I guess. XL gloves shouldn’t matter much if you have an industrial magnet, A storage case and rope, right? It’s just an impressive item overall. I’d totally recommend it for anyone looking for a magnet to fish with.
I bought this as a Christmas present to myself. We have a boat and travel the rivers of Spacecoast Florida, or east coast around Kennedy Space Center. The only thing that I would recommend is thourally drying it after each use. It has rusted quite quickly but it doesn't stop it from working!~!
This thing is very powerful I can’t wait to go fishing with it very nice case the case also keeps you from accidentally getting pinched while transporting it in addition to storage for your rope. Shipping was lightning fast and customer service is top notch.

I am impressed. I just got this and man i like it. Pretty strong, it is said to be. The box, rope, and clip all seem good. The gloves also seem sturdy and like they would protect you even a little bit. I would recomend this and maybe even some of the other magnets that they offer. So glad i didnt cheap out It is a wonderfully powerful magnet. If your throwing from a bank, i recomend getting a dual sided magnet or turning the hook to the other side of this one.
Great magnet in an excellent case. the only way to keep it from attracting ALL metal within its grasp. then ya gotta get it off. HA Great magnet. look forward to the ice melting.
This kit is great, magnet is super strong, good sturdy line and nice box to keep everything organized. Didn’t get a chance to try it in a lake because of the weather but I did find some old rusty nails and screws in my gravel driveway. That saved me a possible flat tire!

INCREDIBLE! A monster of a magnet, that would be nearly impossible to remove by hand when attached firmly to a solid piece of ferrous metal. Keep a pry bar and hammer handy and expect to lose this baby if u hook onto something big underwater.
