How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The support is very good. I even used it in bed during my trip. My last neck pillow got too difficult to roll up and stuff back into the tiny bag. This one I just fold in half, thread it through a loop on my backpack and snap.
Not too hard not too soft. Just what i was looking for.

Excellent, fast shipping
This little pillow is literal levelling up, life-changing for me so I had to write a review.
I started getting major neck pains this spring and realized my neck is giving up due to less exercise and strained neck posture at work. I fixed my posture but still was getting random pains. I went for these pillows and they’ve changed my life. NO NECK PAINS since the day I’ve been sleeping on this one. Zero! I’m so glad I shifted to this. The different heights and the depression in the middle works perfect if you’re a side or sleeper or sometimes sleep on your tummy. The people at ANVO also so sweet, and offered me a new pillow for free to try out, but I didn’t have any use for more pillows so I didn’t take the new one. Will surely buy more when needed.
Side sleeper who likes clear airways and this doesn't smother my nose. Head is cradled and doesn't move or slide. Will it last? We'll see. I had a similar one for two years and it finally became "too soft" over time. Give it time. If you are used to softer alternatives, you'll likely reject the initial feel of this pillow, but a few days in, you'll notice a better sleep, fewer shoulder/neck aches. In fact, using this type of pillow completely eliminated my chronic shoulder pain. I was very apprehensive about buying online due to the specific needs I had, but elated this pillow worked out. So far........
The pillow provides good neck support and aligns the spine while side sleeping. It's soft and comfortable to sleep on despite it being very slim. It's well made and well stitched.
VThis pillow is wonderful especially if you sleep on your back. Very good quality with a removable cover to wash. Stitching is well done. Not too firm or soft. Just right for me. Great gift idea as well!
I had a lot of pushing/stretch on my neck as I moved around with my old pillow. I don’t have any of those feelings with this. There are a few things I’d probably change based on my own preferences but comfort with pillows is so subjective. I’d definitely recommend trying this. The sides are thick enough that it supports well on your side while the center is low enough that it doesn’t push your head up.
After reading the description and experiencing the product firsthand, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others without any doubt.

I purchased this to replace a high-end face rest that was at the end of its life. I’m very pleased with the materials, texture, thickness and how solid it is. this was great buy! I was concerned about what quality this face rest was going to be, because the price was so reasonable. This is a good sturdy item and is going to serve me well.

I’m very picky when it comes to pillows because I have some bad neck issues. This pillow is perfect. I haven’t had a migraine or soreness after sleeping like I had with my other pillows. Definitely recommend!
I bought these for me and my daughter to replace similar aging pillows. I slept great. I like the level of firmness for this pillow. Not too soft, not too hard. I do recommend letting it air out for a day before use.
I hurt my neck a few months ago and the pain wasn’t going away. I visited my mom a month or so ago and slept on a pillow like this. Noticed that by the end of three days I was feeling relief. Got home, pain came back. Wondered if my pillow was the issue. Bought this pillow and seeing relief again. It is definitely providing the support I need when I’m sleeping to help heal.
The price was less than many others so I went for it. I've had a painful neck issue for several months. It was suggested I buy a contour cervical pillow. It took me a while but had I known how helpful it would be I would have bought one sooner. There was no chemical smell or any smell at all. The moment the wrapping was off it became a sizable pillow, ready to use. I'm very pleased with this pillow and would buy again if needed.

I didn't think a pillow could make such a difference in how I felt in the morning. I used to wake up with this awful pain in left side of my neck. It made me miserable. This pillow has eliminated that pain since day one and I sleep so much better without tossing and turning constantly from being uncomfortable. Highly recommend- I got the soft option verses the firm.
I was having trouble sleeping and felt that it was due to my soft pillow. I came upon this one and decided to give it a shot. Chose the sturdier one over soft. Next thing you know I was out like a light and haven’t looked back since. I will say it was hard to get used to at first but once you do, you’ll be in heaven. (At least in my case)
Highly recommended. But do look at the specs because not all foam pillows give the same height support at the contour. This one is just the right one for me.
Slept on this pillow for almost a month now. The contour is exactly the right height to give me the support I need for my neck when I sleep on my back. The foam is soft enough to accommodate my shoulder when I sleep on my side. I also like that the pillow case is removable and washable. I haven't washed it yet but the material seems to be good quality.
