I sleep with these ear plugs. They are really comfortable and do a great job of blocking noise. I have not tried to hear my alarm clock while wearing the earplugs but I’m guessing I would be able to hear it.
Awesome product! I love my husband but not his snoring! This has helped me sleep again through the night! Must buy for those with "Airplane Landing Frequency Snorers"!! I will be buying more for when we travel. It even is great for just tuning out yelling kids. I have way fewer migraines but still hear my kids when just wanting to sit in peace.

Most comfortable, best fitting, and easiest to insert ear plugs I’ve used. Noise cancellation is good and likely accurate as described. No passive earplugs provide complete noise cancellation.
I use these every night because my husband snores. You can still hear, like my alarm, but it reduces his sound enough so I can sleep soundly. This is my second pair because they are so great.
I love that these have a tiny hole in the core that allows you to hear critical noise (i.e. a child crying, alarm or other noises you'd want to know about in the middle of the night) but cancel out the usual noise enough to allow you to sleep. They're soft and form easily to your ears without impacting ear wax and are easy to clean.
My husband snores and I’ve been hesitant to start wearing ear plugs because I don’t like having the foam plugs blocking all the airflow. After several sleepless nights, I went to the Google and these were on several best lists. In my sleep-deprived stupor, I ordered, crossed my fingers, and moved to the couch (again!) When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how well I had chosen! These are a breeze to place in your ears and to remove. They’re comfortable for a side sleeper (just make sure to get the removal piece tucked on the side closest to your head). They still allow your ear to breathe while blocking the snores of the person next to you. They don’t block all sounds - they’re noise-canceling at just the right frequencies. I’m so glad I bought these... bail isn’t cheap! ;)
The entire body of the earplug is flexible, so there is some give when your head is against a pillow. They are so small, designed so there is no stem sticking out of your ear - but they come with a little applicator tube that you slide on the earplug, making them easy to put in despite their tiny size. Once in, they are very secure. And they are actually comfortable to wear through the night!

Excellent. These are the only earplugs i buy/use. So light and comfortable. I only wear one and sleep on my other ear and even that cancels out the extreme birdsong outside my window. If i wore two I probably wouldn’t hear my alarm so i don’t risk it !
Really comfortable, easy to use, I can still hear the alarm (or the doorbell on a no alarm day), but my sleep is so much better. Comes with a case, adapter to make it easier to put in & a cleaning tool.
I thought they were great. They are all rubber so they move every way. I where them in bed and they are perfect I don't hear anything and they don't bother me at all. They are adjustable and perfect. Thank you
My partner's snoring can be heard throughout the house and he often loudly smacks his lips at night. For someone with Misophonia I was at my wit's end with being woken up in a murderous rage. I purchased these in the hopes that I may find some peace at night because prison wasn't going to be any more peaceful than what I was dealing with, and I wasn't keen on being on the next episode of "Snapped". These saved me from both of those things. They are just enough to cancel out 90% of his noise, but I can still hear my alarm clearly in the morning. Life Savers!
I've been using these little guys for months now and I have never been so comfortable with ear plugs in my life. They do well to dull the noise around in the evening, but you can still hear loud noises (mind you they'll be a littke quiety). The comfort is the best part, they're small and easy to put in and take out. Perfect for side sleepers as the pull tab is so small it doesn't hurt to lay on.
They are a Christmas gift for someone.

Love these sleep buds. This is the second generation I've owned. First lasted over a decade. They are very comfortable and keep the noise down. Sometimes I just insert one and lie on my side on the other ear.
