Make sure you don’t have a bulky case. My main issue with this was that the phone case on my phone is a nice protective case. I have had my phone for over 2 years in perfect condition. Yes literally took off the case so I could test it out and somehow now my back side of my iPhone 11 got shattered bc it fell on the floor!!!!!!Unfortunately, No app needed with this device. Just connects via Bluetooth to your device. The A.I. moving camera follows you wherever you move, allowing for hands free video recording while moving around or even leaving a room.
Super easy to use, the phone holder fits my phone perfectly! It’s a great product to make videos, and not even need to use the Bluetooth or any app. I use it for video chats, and It also helps to attend the zoom meetings and other video meetings. Very sturdy and the swivel action on the head is fantastic. The facial recognition is spot on about most of the time is a lot. I like the fact that I can attach it to my tripod, it makes filming so effortless. Very easy to use, and this company has good customer service.

I was able to mount my new Gopro up and use the Object tracking to go shoot skeet in the desert. Also was able to use the remote and the auto-tracking witch worked super smooth. I can't wait to use this for night photography.

I bought this to record basketball games on my GoPro in gyms where I can't easily stand behind the tripod. I couldn't be happier in this price range. I'll confess that I'm not using the tracking feature much, although my home tests suggest that it works well when there is only one moving subject. (Multiple moving subjects in the background may confuse it). The rotation time is fast enough for me to catch relatively fast game transitions. I have also found the rotation to be very smooth. Although I'm sure it would be slower, and possibly less smooth, if I was using a heavy camera. My only minor irritations are that the small remote control isn't labeled. That's not a big deal once you memorize each button, but it's a challenge until then. I also wish that both the unit and the remote control had some indicator of remaining battery life. I live with that by keeping a power bank on hand to charge the unit in an emergency, and keeping some CR2032 batteries on hand in case the remote dies. (BTW, if you don't turn off the remote when you're done, it does drain the remote's battery.) Regardless, for this price and quality, I am happy to live with those minor irritations.

It’s great for going live because the face recognition is excellent. It’s very sturdy and great for my business. I would purchase it again! Happy costumer!
Secure packaging. Very light and well built. Holds phone very snug and didn't crack my screen protector. Tracking was amazing and even does time lapse very well. Syncing is automatically done with the app as long as you download it before turning on the device. Very minimal lag on tracking. Used with a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.
I like to do a lot of remote training and was considering buying the 600 dollar item that tracks youre movement. Than like a bolt from up above I discovered this bad boy! At 560 less than the other competitor I gave it a whirl. Granted its built well it does somewhat feel not as robust. However its function easily outweighs any shortcomings from its build. Unit easily tracks me across a large area and about 30 feet away. Has worked flawlessly on a few training sessions and impressed a lot of my colleagues. I couldn't be happier for this cost and function!
This is a great product. It is exactly what I needed for shooting videos as well as taking pictures. I have been recording videos for different projects I have and this product has been a lifesaver. I don't need an extra person or walk around with my phone in my hand to record myself or have selfie photoshoots. The technology allows this device to follow your movement and record or take photos. This would be great for vlogging or creating content. It would also help with videocalls and videoconferencing. Great product! I highly recommend it.
