How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Very easy to use. Vacuum sealed items for an hour and had no issues. Would highly recommend. Price was good as well.
I purchased this product because I have a family of 9 and when we go grocery shopping we buy a lot of our meats in bulk and it takes up all the space in my freezer, because the meat plus the packages I rarely have room for anything other than meat in my freezer and with this product we separate our meat and vacuum seal it and it doesn’t get freezer burn and it stays fresh and we have more room because we don’t have the bulky packaging I also use it to seal snacks for my kids so they stay fresh for when they are ready to eat them overall great product and I highly recommend it to everyone!
The day I received the Potane Vacuum Sealer I had just bought 5 nice, big, juicy ribeye steaks and was waiting on my Potane so I could try it out. It did not disappoint and it gave me the best suction and seal I have ever had with a vacuum storage system. Thank you Potane!!!
Use it a lot in fact I bought a cheaper one and replaced it with this. It is durable. Draw back is it is a bit larger. Do not store with the lid in the "sealing position" in case you are not going to read the directions. I think this type of sealer is the Cadillac of sealers because you can store some rolled bags and it has a cutter and automatic easy to use lid to close. Makes this baby easy to use. I will tell you when I discovered sealers I bought all my kids one because I never used one before and if I had when they were growing up they would know the benefit and usefulness. I am not sure if they have caught on and love it as much as I do but...I am trying to make sure future generations are not left behind in convience, space, and ease in the kitchen. I'm sure they will be creative with how to use it. Watch youtube videos there are plenty of suggestions. However this sealer is a good one!

This vac seal has a superior seal, leaving a wider and clearer seal that you can inspect for folds or flaws.
Received this the other day and I'm a BBQ fanatic--the whole reason I purchased was to seal my ribs, meats, etc so I could marinate the food easily over a day or a week. The bag storage area is cool because you just put the roll in, pull out a little and seal it, then pull out the length you need and cut it. Super easy and not dealing with individual sized bags that might be too big or too small. Sizing is perfect. As for the suction, it sealed the ribs I just did in a matter of minutes and right now they are marinating in apple cider vinegar to tenderize and flavorize before I break open the bag, re-season with a dry rub and re-seal. I'm very happy I picked this sucker up and I'm looking forward to try the ribs after they've been sealed shut and seasoning. Before I would just leave the seasoning in the rib bag and put something on it to hold it up so liquid didn't pour out. Now it just seals! Love it!
I have another very expensive vacuum sealer which is 10x the size. So far I like this better... it's smaller and does the job of sealing the bag.

This is a simple, inexpensive and very effective vacuum sealing machine. I have recommended it to my hunting buddies to use at camp. They prefer to use regular GLAD freezer bags as an inexpensive alternative to the regular very costly freezer bags. There are YouTube videos available that demonstrate how to do it.
My husband and I love this machine. It's so easy to use and the price was right. We previously had two Food Savers, but the Potane has those beaten, hands down. Definitely recommend for anyone, but most of all to those homesteaders that need to vacuum seal a lot!
I like this product. This is very easy to set up and use right out of the box. In just a very few minutes I was able to make a bag from the roll provided and seal a small block of cheese. This is also a good looking machine that does not take up a lot of space. It also stores a roll of bagging material inside.

It propably took longer to get it out of the box than it took me to use it the very first time. I also should point out this is the first vacuum sealer I have owned and I am looking forward to using it for all my freezer meats. This is also a good looking machine that does not take up a lot of space. It also stores a roll of bagging material inside.
We received this just about 10 minutes after coming home from the grocery store with $300 worth of meat. We set out to start packing it all up. Wow wow.. The machine handled it all, did not heat up, every single vacuum and seal was perfect! I have to admit I was skeptical because it was a brand I had never heard of.I have owned 2 other named brand machines and both of those died with in 6 months and I had trouble with them from day one. I am so happy I chose this product. Very user friendly.. Perfect every time and the 5 year warranty is fantastic. Thank you!
I love this product. The first time I used it the vacuum was much weaker than I wished. I went back and reread the directions and decided I did not put enough of the bag over the vacuum chamber. The next bag I did I left a little more bag over the vacuum chamber and it did great. So happy that I bought this item. Have used it a number of times now and it continues to perform well. I love that the bags are reusable as long as you leave enough extra bag at the top.
I’ve had two Foodsavers and one cheap off brand. The first Foodsaver worked great for several years, the second lasted one vacuum sealing episode. The off brand lasted a year. I read the reviews for this one and it looked good. I could not be more pleased. It’s very easy to use, suction was great, it sealed perfectly. It didn’t seem to be near as “messy” with wet foods. I’ve just used it once but it did great with my monthly meat order.
The product came exactly when they said it would. I used it right away, it was so easy to use and the suction was great. I like how it stores everything from bags to the hose for canning. My old one never worked righ from day one, so its nice to get something that works the way it is supposed to the very first time youuse it. I am glad we went with this product instead of the other one we were going to get. It was well worth the money.
I had an old vacuum sealer that I dug out when the pandemic hit. I went in on half of a cow and wanted to preserve the meat so it would last longer. But it was so loud it was hard to use more than a few minutes at a time, not to mention you had to wait between sealing items for the machine to cool down to work. So did some research and found the Potane Precision Vacuum Sealer. It had great reviews so ordered it. Got it today and tried it out. The Potane is amazing. I cannot believe how quiet it is compared to my old one and I can seal multiple items in sequence without having to wait. And it has a place to hold a roll of bags plus a built in cutter. It was a little more expensive that what I was looking to spend, but it is definitely worth the money. Can't wait till I have more things to vacuum seal.
I initially was quite dissatisfied with this product until I was contacted by the company expressing their regret for my experience . Their prompt and courteous attention to my concerns prompted a very quick replacement of the product. It was this thoughtful followup and consequential improved working of the product that prompted this change of heart. This replacement works as it should and I have become quite pleased with its use. I plan to use the sealer and enjoy its benefits it offers A VERY GOOD company to work with Thank you
Fool me once, shame on you...I wasn't going to be fooled again by four and five star ratings for cheap vacuum sealers. I purchased a $40 unit last year, and it's been a struggle to use...vacuum not working, the heat on the sealer so hot that it would melt the g, or both. This sealer has a very different and solid closing mechanism. The cheap model that's now in the trash can latched on the ends, not exerting even pressure against the seal, allowing vacuum leakage. This unit has a latch handle in the middle that's the size of an automobile door handle, and it latches closed securely. No overheating or vacuum leakage issues. No problem sealing an entire Costco load of burger, steaks and chops.
