How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I sprayed this pad first with catnip spray and kitty can't get enough; she rolls around and scratches to her heart's content. Even though I had previously provided her with a scratching post, she wouldn't use it and kept damaging the wooden door jambs. She has now stopped clawing the jambs, and really prefers this pad; she goes at it like an attack cat and the pad doesn't seem to be any worse for the wear. Both of us are happy about that!
I have two cats, I wanted to try this because one of my cats started to scratch the carpet instead of any of the posts or pads we had. It was pretty amazing! The minute I took it out of of the package my girl kitty immediately went over to it sniffed it, scratched on it and then laid down and rolled over on it. This caused the male to come over he bullied her off and started scratching like crazy! So knew this wasn't going to work for poor Chloe so ordered two more that very night. These two love these things. Scratch on them and nap on them. The best things I've gotten them in 7 years.
I have two cats one that knows how to use a scratching post and the other who like to scratch everything but a scratching post. I bought myself a nice bed years ago for the 3 of us but when the zoomies take over she doesn’t care how much the bed was if she’s see it she scratches it. So I’ve been looking for something anything that will help save my bed. So when I came across this I thought this was genius it feet’s under my bed perfectly and they love it and haven’t scratched my bed since. If I had one complaint is that I wish it was longer for both my cats can sit on it.
I have 2 cats that LOVE to scratch new carpet. I had to have my master bedroom re-carpeted because they scratched a hole next to the bathroom. Bought a new home and place small rugs at the entrance to the rooms with carpet - but this was insufficient so I bought 2 cat scratching mats a week ago. The cats haven't fallen in love with the mats, but they like to sit on them and occasionally scratch them. The 5 star rating is because of the QUALITY of the mats - I'm still looking for the perfect deterrent; however time will tell if these mats could be the answer.
I knew this scratcher mat would be perfect for my 3-year-old cat because she had been scratching the mat that I use under my spinning bike. I did tape the mat down for added sturdiness but I have not used it without the tape. My cat gets really jumpy easily so I wanted to tape the mat right away so she felt secure and calm when using it. I sprinkled a little bit of the cat nip that came with the mat and my cat instantly fell in love. She's a super picky cat, I've had to return cushions and castles before because she would not use them. She loves to scratch it and also take little naps on it.
My sweet kitty Louie picked out a spot on the carpet and decided that was his scratching spot. Didn't matter that he had a cat tree with sisal posts. He scratched the carpet. I purchased the cat scratcher mat, put it in his carpet-scratching spot, and he claimed it immediately. He sat on the mat for the rest of the day, napped on it a while, and now scratches it rather than the carpet. Two thumbs up!
My cat loves to stretch his claws but only on flat surfaces and the floor. We've been struggling trying to get him to scratch posts and things that aren't carpet or my chair until this. We still trim his nails but he could tear anything up. Now he uses these mats like crazy and he hasn't been digging his claws into any furniture. I just introduced it to him by putting treats on it and it's like freaking magic how fast he took to it. I have to weigh it down so he doesn't drag it everywhere but other than that it's perfect all on its own.
As I have been reviewing items I have purchased on Amazon, I realized that I spend an excessive amount of money on these cats. The worst part of it is that they are ungrateful and most of the time would rather play with the boxes the package came in. However, when I see them using any of the items, I get really excited. I keep this next to the bed so they can scratch it rather than scratch me in the middle of the night, but it does not always work.
Correct product. The cat will test as soon as possible
I attached these to my wall because my cat likes to drag his nails on it to get my attention. He likes them a bit too much and has tried climb the wall. They're durable enough that 12 pounds of my cat's bad life choices have yet to rip through the corners. It also took a bit of effort to get holes for the hooks to support it, so decently thick. I'd get more but i am uncertain I want to encourage my little poltergeist. He isn't smart enough to be spider man.
Excellent mats, at least a little smell of shuffiness. I hope that he will disappear.
The mat is extremely well made. It's very sturdy and durable. This is the first place she will go sit on when she comes out of the bedroom after a nap, during plays and when heater blows (we have other heaters throughout the house). She's a destructive cat that likes to chew and scratch on anything and everything. But I think we found a play mat that will last a very long time. It's so reasonably priced too!
Nothing to dislike. The mats are very well made and much more comfortable that the cheap sisal mats that are out there. Made out of jute (much softer and no sharp points to stab your cats paw pads,) it is obvious the first day. Lay down the mat and your cat will make it a favorite spot to stretch out on within an hour. A bit more expensive, but then again, look at your cat, sigh, grab your credit card and pay up. He/she deserves it.
Bought this for my cats a couple months ago. Put it on the floor they had no interest in it. So I took three hair ties and wrapped the cat mat around the leg of my dining room table. Wow what a difference. Not only are they scratching on it daily they climb it like a tree. If your cat isn't interested in this item on the floor I urge you to wrap it around something vertically and watch the change and the happiness in your cats.
The material that this cat scratch rug is made of is incredible! VERY STRONG! At first I had it set up inside of my home at the front door, because it's exactly the size of a common door mat. But as my cat got used to using it and scratching it a lot, I moved the scratch mat right outside of his house that I constructed, where he likes to hide in peace. So that when he comes out of his house, he has his food and water, plus a scratch mat!
My cat immediately began sniffing this and scratched it. I didn't have to add spray to it for her to check it out. I may add cat nip to attract the other one. I hope she is able to trim her nails from using it. It would be a good deterrent from the carpet and furniture. I am just not sure yet how this will go since it is only 1 day in. I can update my review if anything changes, but I think for the price and the chance it can be a big hit.
Luna loves the mat. It came super fast and took a few minutes to straighten out using some dumbbells. It is now super flat and stays in place on the carpet and tile. Great item at a great price!
Very good quality and I received it very quickly but a pity that it is not enough hanging
