How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The product is aimed at cars, so the size is too big to carry around in a backpack for biking, etc. Other than that it’s a great product. It was super easy to use, I figured out how to pump my first tire without having to use the manual even. Tip: Short press the power button to convert to PSI! The shortcut keys for Car and SUV are cool, but rarely do people have both. It would be nice if the buttons are reprogrammable as “favorites”. One might want to pump his bike and car often. Overall it’s a great product.
This little air compressor is so handy and easy to use. We used it to air up our air mattress for camping, so easy and fast plus it's perfect for that low tire and bikes too. And it's a nice size doesn't take up alot of room and comes with all needed asscessories.
I purchased this due to the auto shut off feature, which works great btw! I have used it a good bit of times since having purchased it (approx once a week) and the only thing I noticed it that is does get hot/ feel hot after using it. The cord is hot closer to the body of it and the valve hose that pumps the air in is hot once I remove it from the tire. I do like that I can set it and do other things like cool the car instead of standing at the tire waiting for it to read the psi I need to stop at. So far it's working like a charm.
Saying it's well packaged bc I've had experience with other brands that come with very unorganized packaging. For a product that has many small parts and accessories I always keep the package for organizing. This product definitely has put thoughts into the packaging. I'd trust it even just for the sake of packaging.
This tire inflator was extremely easy to use and to set up. I had no problem reaching the back tires of my SUV with the cord. It worked well and quickly. This tire inflator comes with a nice bag to store it in, and it came with different tips to inflate other objects. Overall, this is a great product!
I actually had a flat tire last week in the heat of the day so I pulled off the road to use this air pump. It took me a few minutes to get it set up (I am a senior) but it was easy to plug into the power outlet in my car and turn it on. It took about 10 minutes to fill my tire it but it worked! The tire was shot thus I drove straight to a tire repair shop. This little pump saved me from having to wait an hour or more for roadside assistance.
The Schrader valve stems were held to a bracket with thick nuts that made the stems too short for the pump clip-on end to work right. I drilled the bracket holes larger to let the base of the stems fit thru and then reconnected the bikes press in fittings so they pinched the bracket as they sealed to the stem. I set the pressure 15 PSI for front and 20 PSI for rear and it worked perfectly.
Great tool to keep in the car. I checked its accuracy and it was spot on. The direction were a little sparse to say the least and I found (because my tyre was totally flat) that I had to up the psi to avoid an automatic shut off. But it did the trick and if you turn the compressor off and on again, will give an accurate read out when filling a tyre from completely flat; just get it half inflated before you do this. Very useful to have if you travel.a lot.
I purchased this air compressor because one of my wheels was severely cracked (to the point it would drop from 40 psi to 2 psi in less than 24 hours) and used it every day while waiting for my new set of wheels to arrive. It's super easy to use - just plug it into your lighter outlet, set your psi, clip it onto your tire air hole thingie, and it turn on. It stops automatically once your tires are filled to the set psi. If you buy this you'll forgo any trips to your local gas station to fill up. It's also handy if you ever have an unexpected flat on the road - as long as it's not a blowout (obviously). Highly recommend this - and it's pretty darn cheap. Small enough that it fits in the trunk of my tiny go-kart car.
I won’t often write a review but this little device is now my new best friend. From here on out, every car will have this added. 1. It is small. I don’t know why but I felt it would be larger. I have a G37 convertible & it fits in the little compartment in the trunk without concern about the roof storage. 2. No longer do I fret about finding a gas station to fill up my tires. I can keep my quarters and easily fill up all tires. 3. From flat, reason I bought this - a tire needing 36lbs will take 7minutes. It is does the job, digital display can be cycled to psi - wait until it starts since it is hard to tell at first but it runs like a champ. Great little pump.
When the weather turns cold, I can expect a low tire pressure warning from my vehicle. It's a real hassle to find a gas station with air, and the compressor at home is large, loud, heavy, and hard to set for the right tire pressure. This portable air compressor solves all those issues. It's so simple to use, is compact, and lightweight. It plugs into the cigarette lighter, so I don't have to be anywhere near an electrical outlet. I set it for the tire pressure recommended on my door panel, which is higher than the gas station's max. It stays securely attached to my tire, and I just sit back and wait until the proper level is reached. Now, it's not as quick as the gas station air pump, but I filled all four tires in less than 20 minutes. I've even loaned it to co-workers in our parking garage. I'll be gifting these to several people on my list.
I have one tire on my car that loses air all the time. I have to be certain to get it to a station every couple of months, so I thought if I had something at home to fill it, that would be so much easier. And it was! I read the easy instructions and followed them, and it worked wonderfully! I filled all four of my tires in a shorter time than I expected with this small device. It was so nice to have the pressure guage right on the machine, and it stopped when it hit that pressure. While I had the device connected to my car lighter, I also filled my bicycle tires. This was so much easier than having to load the bicycle in my vehicle and taking it to a gas station. I was very happy with this Digital Air Compressor!
I mainly ordered this product because I was having an issue with one tire and where I live there are not any places to check your tire pressure and add air. This portable device has been one of the best safety purchases I have made for my vehicle.
I have been keeping this air compressor in my truck for the past several weeks because I seem to have a slow leak in my passenger side front tire. I like the digital display because it can read the current tire pressure measurement. On top of that, you can set the amount of pressure you want and just let it do its job. The device will stop automatically once it has reach the pressure that you set. All of the hoses, cables, and attachments tuck away very nicely into the back of the pump. One thing I would like to regarding the product design is that I would include a carry bag for storing away and protection. Its an efficient tire compressor that comes in at an easily affordable price point.
