How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
So we purchased this because I had seen a similar one the military uses and while it's not up to par with there's I do strongly believe that for the price point this is offered at it does a wonderful job. First of the unboxing- well packaged and organized. A great feel and clean look and sturdy enough for basic camping needs. Love that it is lightweight and folds down to fit nicely in my husbands bag, very convenient. Also the cover for the shovel head is great so dirt doesn't get into everything else in our bag. On our first camping trip this thing came in handy to get us out of a tough situation. it held up well did its job and worked great- built us the perfect whole we needed and broke down the wood that we needed cut. Would definitely purchase again and you cant beat this price point. I am happy with our purchase.
This multi tool is exactly what I hoped it would be. Very sturdy and well made. Has everything a person can truly need to succeed in surviving if it came to it. I’ll use it all the time. Axe, hammer, shovel, knife, etc. all very heavy duty. It is kind of heavy overall but that will come in handy if i need the hammer or axe head. Seems well built and not cheap material. I recommend it to anyone interested in this item.
Great outdoor survival tool set with many useful functions. The tools are kept in a small cloth bag for easy carrying and storage. In addition, the axe and shovel are individually wrapped inside the bag to protect the edges. There are also several additional small compartments inside the bag with enough room for me to add a few of my own favorite survival gears such as fishing hooks, first-aid bandages, alcohol pads, and a water filter straw. I am happy with the purchase and the great price.
These are very useful tools, that we can use for all kinds of purposes when camping outside. All pieces are made in a good quality and easy to assemble. Sturdy as well. We used the ax and shovel to split and chop firewood last time at the campground. They worked so well. Even our daughter enjoyed using it to cut off twigs. We had a lot of fun together. It also includes many other small tools too, including knife, opener, spikes and so on, which are all very useful while camping.
I used this on my first camping trip a few weeks ago. It came in handy. The pouch is compact and fits anyhwere. I actually keep it in my truck now. We forgot knifes and ended up cooking a steak and cutting it with the included knife. lol. It was sharp but a bit awkward for steak. The hammer on the end of the axe worked well for pounding in tent stakes. The fishing spear is kind of gimicky but we ended up uses it to stir and chop food. The shovel works great. The handles screw together firmly. My only gripe is the axe is not that heavy so chopping thick wood is tough, but it got the job done.

Much more than a shovel or an axe. Everything you need here is included for camping or backpacking. I think it will be important to keep everything oiled to avoid rust, but otherwise I'm very happy with the set. Mine came with a silverish blemish on the handle. I figure I will beat the thing up so quickly in the field that it's not worth returning over that issue. I'll probably touch it up with flat/matte Rustoleum rattle can paint.

I always carry it in my car and when I go camping with my family. It is very useful when going camping.
I use it to clean my small garden downstair. I really like its edge and saw.
Overall this is a handy little etool. It’s lightweight yet sturdy. Took it camping the 1st weekend I got it. I wound up using it all weekend for everything from trenching due to rain to an axe while maintaining the fire! It could use a better carrying pouch- mollies would be better than a belt strap.
Nice strong scoop and easily disassembled it. I definitely recommended it.
I like to know that I have this in case of being stuck someplace without all of the cool features that this can provide, so I keep it in my car.

Very sturdy with a mass of versatility. The case it comes with could be improved. For its weight, it would be perfect if it included some kind of sowed in loop for a belt or pack straps. Otherwise the tool itself seems to be tough enough to last a lifetime.

Love the utility. The o rings used for stability are much nicer than the previous shovel I owned.
