How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This mini microscope is amazing! Before purchasing I always read the reviews online. It was getting lots of praises from people so I thought I’d try it. WOW! I am impressed with this little thing. The magnification and picture quality is amazing! I do see what people mean by it’s hard to focus until you get used to it. My 9 year old grandson picked up on it quick. I took a little more time getting used to it. Once you do, it’s incredibly. Since buying it, two more family members have purchased them for their kids. It is worth the money. Make sure to get the case too. It makes it easier to carry while hiking.
This turned out to be more entertaining than I had hoped. Kids examined everything and were “wowed” at the detail visible with this little thing. And because it’s small enough to fit in a child’s pocket they take it everywhere.
Excellent introduction to microscope images and so portable so they can look at anything, anywhere. I’ve purchased 3 so far.
I bought this for my little sister, but honestly I had a lot of fun myself, I may buy one for me haha. The pictures correspond to 1. salt grains, it was the object that made my sister get super excited about trying it on everything and anything, she was so happy her eyes shinned :), 2. One of my hairs and one of my gray hairs, which made me feel old, but like a kid inside discovering that they're actually transparent *I'm so poetic* haha. The image quality is great for the price, in my opinion. As I said, I may get one for myself, it's nice and fun, 5/5 recommend.
Was great for looking at Trich’s on my flower. Small and efficient but takes a little practice to get right. Was amazed at how effective this small cheap purchase was.
I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my grandkids, son, and daughter-in-law. I told them to divide out the items to put in the stockings, and my son saw it and said, "I'll take this!". Keep in mind they have a full size microscope for the family and teens to use, but it's always nice to have something small and handy which doesn't require set up. On Christmas afternoon this little microscope was a popular item, because you can just pick it up and use it---there's nothing to put together or study, to be able to use. It's a handy little item.
It is a lot easier to look into the groove to see if a record cleaning technique works or not than to trust your ears. The LEDs are angled just right to see right into the groove. Big chunks blocking the path of the stylus are clearly visible. Useful for pre and post cleaning to see if the latest snake oil works or not! Also great for looking at the stylus. Liked it so much I bought 4 more for the adult kids!
I was skeptical about the quality I would receive for the price paid for these, but was pleasantly surprised. Not only does this unit easily fit in a pocket in some baggy pants, but also in a hoody pocket, or on a desk in your office. It’s conveniently held in your hand and focuses at the end of the unit with a light to illuminate the subject. Just place this down on a desktop, turn on the light (if needed) and see what you can see. My grandkids live to look at their fingertips, pocket lint, leaves or just about anything their little exploring minds can think of. I use it for looking at circuits and wiring connections. It really is a useful and fun set to have with you anywhere you go. Curiosity is a wonderful thing. This can help you see sn otherwise unknown world. I recommend them heartily.

Very well-received
I've had one for a few years but its wearing out now. Worth the nine dollars I paid for it. Things are tighter now and no $ to spend thats not a neccessity.

This Carson mini-microscope is a wonderful thing. I study crystal formations and gemstones. My daughter and her friend study fungi. My DIL needs to identify skin conditions in cats. My great grandson is fascinated by insects. Everyone loves their mini-scope! The 60-120x is ideal for field work for all of us. The LED is bright enough for use in the dark. I recommend this product for anyone who needs or wants to see tiny things. I will be purchasing more of these for a class on crystal formation and inclusions that I will be teaching soon.
Works quite well. No problems or complaints.
Surprisingly good image quality for the price. I like it very much! Be aware that it has an inverted image like a traditional microscope. If it had image erecting optics like you might be used to with using a stereoscope (or even a simple loupe) it would make finding features and manipulation a little more intuitive, but this is a great little unit.

This microscope blew my mind. It is so easy to use and you get crystal clear images. Our family has been using it everyday checking out household items. These pictures are of a staple and fabric. I can’t wait to explore with it outside!
The optics are excellent given the price. This microscope is easy to use and has great optics for its size and price. It is really portable for field use as well.

We fight over this little microscope. We use it for homeschool and it’s in my purse in case a moment arises when being out in the world. Everyone in my family wants one now and fight over it. My husband took it to work to show his coworkers. Everyone love this! Great buy!!
Works well with a steady hand. Great for children. Although it has a bit of a learning curve, it can be gotten over and after it is, it opens a whole new world to the user.
Bought this for my grandson and he spent 3 days here walking around looking at EVERYTHING and comparing the textured and look of things. Fits right in his pocket. Great find!
My kids (and everyone else) love this pocket microscope. The magnification was more than I expected with a little pocket microscope that you can take with you wherever you go. We bought this as a Christmas present, and all the kids and adults were waiting in line to use it, looking at everything inside the house and out. Particularly as homeschoolers who love nature days, this is an awesome find.
I was hoping to be able to use this to loupe diamond certs with, but it’s too bulky and hard to focus on the girdle. From what I can tell, it works great for its intended purpose, just not what I was wanting it for.
So much detail revealed and the aid of the internal light is the bomb.
