How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Turns out this little guy is just the device needed to check pocket change for imperfections that may have occurred at the mint. Had to make a minor adjust and remove the clear peice from the bottom but other then that it's great.
Takes some practice but works great and is easy to carry
This is a fantastic microscope considering the price is only 12-14 dollars. It is a bit finicky, and has a very narrow area of focus, but once it is in focus it works very well. I recommend focusing the small knob near the viewpoint first, then using the larger knob to focus on different objects. It is able to see screen pixels on phone and tv, threads in sheets and clothes, and can even show the thickness of hair.
I bought this to see if my chickens might have mites I was missing with my naked eye. Honestly for the price, I wasn’t expecting much more than a glorified magnifying glass, but figured I’d return if it wasn’t powerful enough. I haven’t used it for it’s intended purpose yet,, but my son and I did have a chance to play around with it and I’m thoroughly impressed. The picture and zoom quality far surpasses anything I was expecting at this price point. It can be tricky to focus perfectly/quickly if you have shaky hands like I do, but once it is focused, it’s perfect. I’ll certainly be keeping this, and buying another for my ten year old son.
Is easy to use and dial in. For the price, the detail is pretty good. We’ve all had fun with it. But it’s definitely a bit finicky getting it right over what you’re wanting to look at. It also slides around a bit. A rubber gasket on the bottom would’ve been great to keep it in place. I would buy again tho, it’s a neat little thing.
The zoom function, focus control, and light all work very well. However, if this is your 1st microscope of this kind, plan on a slight learning curve. This isn't the product's fault, just the nature of such a device. Using it on a flat surface is super easy but not always possible. Holding it steady against a movable object like a flower petal or leaf is a little tricky and took me a week or so of practice before getting good enough at it. Once you get used to it, this truly is an indispensable tool when needing to see things the eye can't see.
To those who are considering a purchase (and to those individuals who left negative reviews), it's important to realize that this is not a magnifying glass. For viewing at this magnification, it is necessary to have a steady surface and the proper magnification settings. For those who are unfamiliar with using a regular microscope, there will be a learning curve. The directions which are included are good, just take the time to read them and learn how to use it. Having said all that, this is a really excellent little pocket piece. Magnification is good, image is clear at all settings, the built in light is effective, and the quality is remarkably good. The quality for price is remarkable. For those who are familiar with regular microscope use and for those who learn to use it properly, this is a solid excellent.
It’s a mighty mite. How about the little brother to this a few years ago and my wife made fun of it until she had a piece of glass in her foot and I was able to use it to remove the glass. I saw this one a few months ago and after an incident with a tick that had left its pincer in my arm I decided to buy the bigger version this one is quite a bit easier to use the light is very bright and the magnification is good. The optical clarity is remarkably well suited for this price range. It does a very good job for the cost of the product. Would highly recommend this to anybody who likes to go out and look at things under a microscope. I believe it would be very helpful for small children as well to introduced them to the world around us.
I bought 3 of these for my young grandaughters for Christmas. They not only enjoyed them, but my son-in-law enjoyed it too!
We got this for our kids and we play with it more than they do! It's so cool looking at fabric and random trash on the floor (except when you unexpectedly find dead ants in it).
Exceeded my expectations! Can't beat the price for what it does. I would recommend the clip to use in combo with your phone, it works great!
We bought it as a gift for our 10 yr old grandson but enjoyed playing around with it so much we bought 2 more. One for us adults and one for his little sister. It's really neat looking at various things in this kind of detail. Our favorite is looking at spit and salt crystals.

My 6 year old is everything science! This was her dream come true! She loves taking it outside and exploring the world! I always hear, “whoa!! So cool!! Mom, you have to come see this!”
This was surprisingly a huge hit this past Christmas! My girls LOVED this the most from all their stocking stuffers! My husband and I even enjoyed looking at things with this microscope. Definitely would recommend this for kids and even some adults!!

Better picture quality than I expected
I'm very surprised by the reviews that said this was a difficult tool to learn - maybe if you've literally never touched a microscope in your entire life, and honestly, even if you hadn't. It's two very easy controls - first decide how closely you want to see the object, then focus at that distance using the second control. Very simple. The scope is much more powerful than other handhelds I've used, and the detail was excellent. The light is also great. Overall, great quality and ease of use for a reasonable price.
