How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Went to physical therapist due to right knee pain on one side that hadn't abated years after an injury. Was prescribed body weight squats and some very lightweight theraband exercises, which I was skeptical about, because while I am overweight, I also regularly perform weighted squats as well as enjoying martial arts and cycling. I think this was just standard medical fat-guy blow-off, a phenomenon I suspect some of you may also be familiar with. Read some articles that suggested the problem could be with my feet, specifically lack of arch support. I put in these insoles and the problem started to go away literally overnight. Then I bought new sneakers to replace my busted 4-year-old pair, put these insoles in them, and the pain is gone completely. It sucks that we have to be our own doctors sometimes, but I bought these insoles and was able to spend a week straight hiking, which I didn't think was possible. You might have different issues, but I'll be loyal to these for a long time to come.
I have been buying these insoles for a while now, as a heavier person I find that my feet get fatigued easily so I have a tendency to slips these in shoes, boots, whatever I may be wearing at the time. I haven't had to buy too many of these in my lifetime because they are pretty durable, the average lifespan that I get out of them is 4 years. The only real complaint that I have is that the fabric on the top is prone to peeling off after a while. I don't know if it's from my weight or if the fabric is just not as durable as the rest of the insole. However even with the fabric gone they still feel great to wear. Bottom line is that these are a good buy. They help absorb the shock to my hips and back. If you are on your feet all day or if you like to go hiking I can't recommend these enough.
I'm a 6ft 225lb guy who loves the outdoors , jogging and martial arts. I'm also on my feet all day at work with concrete floors. I have had several fractures in both feet/toes. One was a few months ago. I also suffer from knee issues. I just returned to work and noticed my UA boots all be it I love them. They lacked in arch support and are kind of beat up from about a year of use on them. I took out the old insoles, cut these to my size 11 and placed them in my boots. I can't speak to their longevity just yet. But They feel so much better !! Much less foot ,ankle and knee aches. The arch support is solid and provides good support and shock absorption when I'm moving quick on my feet and need to make a fast directional adjustment. This takes alot of torque off of your knees and ankles. I also love the front foot bed support. One of my breaks was the first big toe knuckle still in your foot right above the ball of your toe. The cushion and support has really helped that pain calm down. This was only a few months ago and it's still healing.
My husband had been complaining of foot pain for months and months and showed symptoms of plantar fasciitis. after doing research online I bought these and he did not like them at first because "they felt weird". (You know men) but after using them anyways like I told him to, he grew to love them. A few months after using them he got a new pair of shoes and after wearing the new shoes without the Dr. Scholl's inserts he noticed the foot pain coming back and finally asked me to order another pair for the new shoes. He still has yet to admit that his wife is always right... lol But I ordered a second pair and he is using them again and not complaining of foot pain anymore.
