Handheld Ultrasonic Dog Training Stop Barking Devices

I would not torture my little dog. This doesn’t seem to hurt her ears; it just gets her attention. I was having trouble with her not heading my command “Schnauze“ (German for snout or mouth) I used the ultra sound with my command and it worked the first time. I pushed the button less than a second. I’ve used the instrument several times and now she responds to my voice only command without the ultra sound.

We took it out for its maiden voyage, and on the way home, we ran into another dog across the street. He was winding up into a meltdown, I hit the button, and he immediately stopped in his tracks, put his head down, and took a submissive pose. After that, we were immediately able to resume our walk and return home. Granted, this was the only time we've used it, but so far, I like it.

We adopted a rescue dog - he's a very sweet, affectionate little guy, but he has issues. One of those issues is that he has a complete meltdown when he sees another dog. We've been doing some training, and he's way better than he used to be, but he still has some meltdowns. We've tried several options to supplement the training - calming chews that did nothing, a shock collar that also did nothing. I decided to gove this a shot, expecting to send it back, but it actually seems to work.

Initial success has been followed with continued results a couple months in. The training has been lasting and barking episodes shorter all around. Once I tell him to stop, he does grumble and grouse a bit but this much quieter and acceptable. The dog needs a little outlet after all. I recommend this devise. Best of luck to you.

Like others, I was skeptical. This is not expensive and why should I trust marketing claims of fast, easy results, right? But, in just a few minutes I was successfully distracting my dog from his intense barking outbursts and training him to come see me instead. I have a Weimaraner, it's an intelligent and trainable breed but also a frustratingly stubborn and strong willed one. He loves to bark-up every neighbor dog that walks by.

What to know is - this thing absolutely works. It works quickly and if you follow the very simple training instructions, you don't even need to use the widget after the conditioning is established. (*-Not all dogs are the same; your milage may vary.)

I'll admit I was skeptical. Actually very skeptical, but the insane barking at every noise outside was driving my crazy. This thing stops the barking immediately. I haven't been using it long enough to know if it will change long term behavior but the satisfaction of stopping the girlfriend's little yapping dog is worth 10X what I paid for this thing. If you have an ear piercing little yapper that is driving you crazy. Get this immediately. There are limitations, particularly outside. If it's really windy out there is a lot of background noise, the effectiveness of greatly reduced. But as I mentioned, I got this to shut down the ear splitting little yapper INSIDE. And it's great at that.

So far this little gadget works amazingly! I have 4 young chihuahuas and they looove to bark and they bark a lot. It’s usually if someone knocks or someone new comes over but it’s super annoying. The first time I tried this, they instantly stopped barking. It was crazy. So now when they get ready to have a barking fit, I grab this gadget quick and press it once and silence. It’s a life saver and sanity improver lol! I hope it keeps working for them.

Once I installed batteries, I tried this out on our chihuahua mix. I used the lights on her and while she didn't like it, she started to bark again. I held the button longer and used the noise, she really hated it and stopped almost immediately. With our lab mix, the lights work on her and I don't need to do the sound. However, our chihuahua does require both at times but usually the noise works alone. This hardly uses up any battery juice and still have the original batteries from when I first installed them. I don't use this everyday, all day long but only when there are kids outside playing or when we take our chihuahua for a walk. While the occasional barking is alright, it's the high pitched yelping at every little thing that has been getting worse. With this anti bark trainer, this has helped immensely.

I work from home a few days a week, the remaining I'm in the office. My dog is a good listener, but feels he needs to "protect" the house fiercely at times, ie: when the dumpster is out doing its job. I am in sales so I'm on the phone quite a bit, and this was been a great tool, a quick mute, no bark and a beep worked amazing to now he doesn't even need the beep much at all. This has made my work day SO MUCH better, love this!

This product is absolutely amazing. My dogs had issues with fence aggression with the neighbor dogs to the back of the fence that moved in. I used this product so far 3 times with their encounters and they have stopped and walked away each time. They also no longer bark excessively when it's not needed. Also my female is learning not to be a control freak with her brother as well. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to stop their dogs bad behavior.

This product has got to be one of my best investments. I have a neighbor that loves leaving her little chihuahua out all night and this darn dog barks all night. Well I bought this product to see if it would work and IT DID! It really worked, anytime this dog barks at ridiculous things or at ridiculous times of the night I just use this and it quits barking right away and hides

There are 2 settings. 1 for general barking and 2nd setting for aggressive dogs fighting or coming to attack. This device is not harmful and has helped us to reduce indoor barking.

My wife and I have a two year old pekingese that is a great dog. When we get company at our house, (even relatives that she see quite often) she growls, barks and tries to snap at them. Today we received our inoosky dog trainer. My son and his wife arrived just after the mail person delivered the trainer. She started barking, and I pressed the button on the trainer three separate times, and she became extremely docile. The neighbor across the street came home from work, and she started barking, I pressed the button once, and she stopped. This is GREAT!!! I was skeptical when I ordered it, but I am now an absolute believer. IT WORKS!!!

So we have a little dog who chases the ups or and trucks barking like a nut and so afraid you press button on one or two. We picked one and it works at first I was not liking it but it can save her.

Easy to use and my dogs respond instantly. After a few uses my dogs respond to me just picking the device up without pushing the button to activate. Highly recommend this device.

Too bad I can’t give this product 10 stars! This little device was a magic wand in keeping my dog from barking at constant antagonizing distractions like noisy gardeners and other dogs barking. He immediately associates my no bark command with the signal and is a perfect solid canine citizen. If you have any trouble with the barky dog this is the device for you money well spent.

I started using this since my dogs are a bit older and want them to listen and be safe not to run off. I can tell they hear it because they look at me of course. The 2nd button hurts their little ears so I try not to mess with that one, but the 1st had them coming to me. So far so good! If anything changes I will be sure to update this. I would suggest this for any training at home to help.

I have tried EVERYTHING on my yappy maltese that barks at the wind! Got her as a puppy, have been very consistent in commands to “shut up”.... collars that beep, vibrate, spray ...couldnt use shock feature, dog whistle, pennies in a can... everything! Since this product had such mixed reviews, i figured for $20, what the hell. IT WORKS! It actually works! Had it for over a week & it takes one press of the button & instant silence! Unfortunately, my quiet dog hates it, but hopefully it will get to the point of just showing it. I am truly shocked it works.

Ive only had this a few days but it's already taught my dogs not to bark. I literally only used it twice and they caught on quick. I tell them "no bark" and if they continue to bark then I push the button. I admit I was pretty skeptical. We live right next to a park so there's always foot traffic my dogs are barking at. I've tried a bark collar and a bark box in the past but they didnt give me the results this item has. Overall, I'm very pleased with how effective it's been in a short time.

This product worked immediately on my German Shepherd. In fact, after just 3 uses, all I had to do was pick it up and she backed off of barking. Usually she turns away amd leaves. She is a tough nut to crack. Very persistent but it works. My only fear is if she gets used to it.

This device works awesome for my dog its only been a few days that I actually used it and it is working, although my little Pom hates it she runs and hides for hrs i am hoping its not too much for her ears.

Works great, dogs stop barking immediately! Its amazing. Wish i would have bought this 2 years ago! Takes one- nine volt battery not included. Love it!!

I’ve never believe it will work with my crazy Leo. Now he only see it in my hand and stop barking unnecessarily.
