How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Quick change from drill to driver. Saves time and helps prevent wood splitting. If you don't have one, get one. You need it and don't know it.
I use this pretty much any time I'm driving screws on the outer surface of something, it pretty much makes it inconvenient for me NOT to drill a pilot hole AND counter sink before I sink a screw so that's a win from any angle you look at it. And it's designed with ease of use with one hand in mind. The only issue I have with it so far is it is pretty large and clunky so I don't look as cool holding a drill with it attached but that hasn't stopped me from using it
I love my counter sink tool. I use it a lot. It's super easy to switch from counter sink drill to screwdriver bit on my drill. My kids are awesome for getting mom the perfect gift!
I own this product from Craftsman and Kobalt, and now I own the DeWalt version's of this tool. The DeWalt reputation precedes their products and I decided to the tool with the new DCF840 Impact Driver I recently purchased. I have never had a bad outcome with DeWalt tools.

I really like this drill unit. I have bought three of them through the years. This is the easiest way to predrill, countersink and drive Phillips head screws I have ever used. Great for any project from bird houses to benches and tables. Will have one of these in my drill at all times.

Saves so much time when driving screws into wood. you can pre drill a hole to keep wood from splitting, and then flip it so that it can drive the screw. Used an earlier version for 20 years....just needed a new one

This is a life saver! I absolutely love this tool and I have no idea how I ever got along without one. Every artist, hobbiest, and/or wood worker should have at least one counter sink bit. Becareful to not let some inexperienced person try to change the bit from drill to driver. I let my fiancée help me one day and he pulled way too hard on a part he wasn't supposed to and springs and things went flying all over the shop! It is a very sturdy tool but some one with a lot of determination can destroy it with a little bit of muscle.

Sometimes you need an extra pair of hands while completing a DIY job, however with this product you can finish the job quickly, efficiently and no extra personnel required. The drill bit is a must for drilling pilot holes right before you drill in the screw/fastener...it ensures you obtain engagement of the threads and avoids mis drills.
A little pricy, but well designed like most DeWalt items
I even take the little Allen screw that holds the screwdriver tip out, the magnet that holds the scew also holds the tip in. I keep different tips I.e. straight, Phillips or the newer "star" heads T30, T20 etc.and change is a snap. Thanks for making a tedious job simpler!!
