How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
No wires to stick in (which may limit its functionality if you want to use to test wires instead of outlets). Does 3-prong outlets only; I haven't tried it with an adapter on a two-prong outlet. Can test regular outlets and GFIC outlets. So easy to read. But more than that -- it test several things: -- gives you exact volts so you can make sure it's not just powered but powered correctly -- tells you if the outlet is wired correctly (e.g. polarity, neutral, hot, ground, etc)
I bought this tester to have a way to test my outlets. I sometimes do wiring in my home and I needed something to check behind my work. I was having a problem with a few outlets and according to this tester I did not have a neutral in my outlets. With that information I was able to troubleshoot/trace my work and I found the missing neutral and corrected the problem. So I can say, the small amount of money I spent on this device was well worth it. It did what it' was designed to do. I also like the fact that it displays the voltage when I plug it in. Nice product.
I had several outlets to replace with Tamper Proof ones (grandchild visiting) and wanted a convenient way to make sure the outlets were shut off before working on them. The non-contact voltage tester works great for this, much better than my old one. There was a definite signal on live outlets and none on the shut off ones. This was at the low sensitivity setting. The electrical outlet tester I mainly bought to use in my RV to test the power at campgrounds before plugging in. It also worked great for testing my newly installed outlets to make sure I had wired everything correctly. The voltage meter on this will definitely come in handy at campgrounds. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. The items arrived quickly with Prime shipping.

My dad was electrician so I have all the old legacy tools of the trade. But this thing is neat. He would have gotten a kick out of it. I use it to monitor the output between my various gasoline powered generators. But it is useful around the house too. For those struggling with determining if your gasoline generator has a bonded or floating neutral plug this thing in and it will tell you.
I'm glad to have this one combined little tester, which does the job.

This works just like it says it does I checked every outlet everything worked out good. I'm glad I bought this because I have an old house and I didn't think throughout the years that the last owners would have rewired things right. And I guess they did this thing proved them right. It's in my toolbox for the next time when I do the job.
The little wand is precise enough to detect hot vs cold wires with about an inch and a half distance between the wires. There's some bleed when the wires closer. If you're in a very tight space, you're better off with something a bit more exact.
I am impressed with this set, particularly for the price. The plug-in outlet tester is the only one I've seen that not only diagnoses with he same 3 light system as others, but also contains a LED readout of the actual voltage at the outlet. This comes in handy more often than you might expect (for example, if you've got a dead leg on a multi-phase system such as those used in the US. The non-contact voltage tester works as well as any other I've tested, and has accurately detected voltage every time I've used it. Great purchase!

Great product, helpful for finding dead GFI protections, wiring errors and monitoring line Voltage as loads turn on and off.
I have several AC outlet testers and "holders" to help in replacing an outlet. This seems to do most everything - not just LEDs to tell you it is wired correct but a readout to tell you the actual voltage. I bought it because I had not seen all of this in one unit. I have volt meters etc. but this is small and compact. I really like this so far.
