How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The clock we had was an older version. Upon getting the updated version of this clock we do not have any issues that were previously mentioned. The clock works just as advertised and I would recommend this product.

This clock is awesome. The display is easy to read, and the outside temperature sensor is quite accurate (I tested it against a high quality digital thermometer). Beyond that, the customer service is awesome. I eventually had a problem with it and even though it was after the warranty expired the company sent me a new sensor, and when that didn't solve it they sent me an entirely new clock. And they sent the replacements at their own expense, and they arrived in about 4 days. I was really shocked. So you simply can't go wrong. It's a great product, and great company!
This is a great little clock/dual alarm/weather display. I have it in my living room as my 'get your butt out of bed and walk in here to turn me off' secondary alarm. It makes a great clock/weather display. It would work fine as a primary bedroom alarm and clock. The lighting is great- variable colors and dimming options. I really like the weather-the main reason i got it. It reads my other weather remotes as well; I can scroll to choose the one I want it to display out of several from other manufacturers whose weather station/clocks were not nearly this good and were replaced by this clock. There are two alarm buttons easy to turn on and off. I turned off the auto time update - my area has bad reception. (I read many of the bad reviews-it's people with this atomic time update on and who have bad reception, the light goes dim as it updates etc.) the projection option is nice as well. I am very pleased with this clock and would buy it again.
I had another projection clock that was large and bulky. When I saw this one online, I decided to give it a try because not only did it have a lot of features, it let me know the temperature OUTSIDE, too! The projection is great in that it ALTERNATES to show the inside and outside temperatures. The projection light color is changeable, and it shows information such as the weather at a glance. I was so impressed that I bought another for a friend as a birthday gift. He loves his as well. Tip: I attached the outside temperature unit to my porch with a piece of Velcro so it is easy to remove when the battery needs replacing eventually. You don’t need to use a nail then to hang it. Another tip is to use a LITHIUM BATTERY. They last almost a year for such things and perform even in below freezing or excessive heat conditions when other battery types tend to fail.
Purchased this to replace a non-working ceiling projection clock and its so much better. This tells the inside and outside temperatures, plus the time. Most projection clocks usually only show the time and inside OR outside temps. Plus the clock itself is easily readable any time and the color can even be changed.
This clock is great. I purchased this clock looking for something to put in my room so I could quickly glance on the wall to see the temperature and time and this clock fits the bill perfectly. It has a separate sensor that I suction cupped to my window to get the outside temperature and inside temperature from. Too bad it did not stay in my room very long, my 2 year old thinks the projection clock is cool as well. He seems to like it in his room because it acts as a night light without being overly bright.
I think this alarm clock is pretty cool! Being able to see the time on my ceiling will help, I can hardly see at night because I wear glasses but not when I sleep! When I awake at night I'll be able to clearly see the time and temperature on my bedroom ceiling.
You can see my original review below. After that review posted, Smartpro reached out to me and sent me a replacement clock. It turns out that it wasn't a design flaw, the original unit was defective. I got the new unit programmed and working correctly in 5 minutes! I've used it for about a week now, and am very satisfied.
Excellent customer service. Projection on ceiling is sharp and bright. We have high ceilings (11 ft) and numbers are still very sharp. I like being able to change the backlight to red numbers and having a high, medium, and low setting on the backlight. Having the indoor AND outdoor temperatures on the ceiling is a nice also. I am a light sleeper so I am able to turn off the backlight and I can still see the time and temp on the ceiling in the daytime. Works great and again Anna in customer service will quickly respond to any issues that may come up.
Ordered this for my daughter who sleeps in a loft bed and likes the projection style clock so she can see the time easily without having to lean over the side or climb down when she wakes in the middle of the night or very early morning. Did not buy as an alarm clock so can't review that function, but this is much more than I was looking for - you can customize the color display, rotate the projection, it displays not just time but weather / temp too!
Love this clock so much! The price is perfect. This is the 2nd one we've purchased. The projection is easy to read on the ceiling in the middle of the night, even without my glasses on. Alarms are a bit of a challenge to set by having to push a weird sequence of buttons, that is the only negative I can think of. But still worth a 5 star review. We have 1 outdoor temperature device, and it feeds both of our indoor clocks. I'm a bit of a weather nerd, so I love seeing the indoor and outdoor temps. Great Clock, A+++
I was quite skeptical of this when I purchased it - my husband is very sensitive to light when he sleeps and I was fearful this would bother him. The soft glow has not bothered him for one second and I don't know how I have lived my life without this product. One glance lets me know the temperature outside and in the bedroom and no more do I feel for my glasses first thing to squint and try to see what time it is - I simply open my eyes and look to the ceiling. I would love to have one of these for my suitcase - I travel for business 3 weeks of the month and miss having this with me when I am on the road. The only reason I did not rate the sound quality is I have not used this feature yet. Would definitely buy again.
We can see the time, in the middle of the night, without fully waking up and go back to sleep. It has a power cord and a backup battery. So, if it is accidentally unplugged or power to the entire area is lost, the alarm clock will still wake you up. You can have two(?) different alarm times. You can choose the color of the display and projection. And, you can adjust the position of where the projection is placed. And, with the temperature sensor outside, you have a reliable, personal and immediate estimate of how much clothing you need. I rarely use the USB charger but I know it works.
We’ve always had a lit digital clock on my side of the bed, but when we retired and moved, my husband couldn't see it without raising up. To stop his complaining, I bought this clock to project on the ceiling above the bed. We both love it. I love the temperature, too. We found that the clock itself is too bright and casts a glow over the room, so I threw a sock over it. The red circle on the ceiling does not add any light to the room, and we sleep in darkness. It perfectly solved our problem.
I am darn near legally blind without my contacts in and this is placed about 8 feed away from my head location on the bed pointing directly above me. The size on the ceiling ends up being about 2’ for all of the information and I can still clearly read it on the ceiling without contacts or glasses.
So far, so good. I usually wait a few weeks before writing a review, however I’m really loving this clock. I love every single feature. (Almost) For the outdoor temperature I placed it between the window and storm window. Works like a charm! I love that I don’t have to turn over and strain to look at the clock in the middle of the night, I just look up. (ok, maybe I’m lazy, but it’s an awesome feature) The color feature was another big draw for me. I like everything matching and the lavender was awesome. The only thing I do not love or even can like is the two little dots between the time that keep blinking! Why would someone do this??
This item exceeded my expectations and I’m actually going to order another to keep in my guest room. Brightness of red is just right on the ceiling.
The clock keeps excellent time and we especially like the projection feature. In addition to time, inside and outside temperatures are displayed. Recommend!
This is the second projection clock I have purchased. This one is a different brand and I like it a lot better. So far, after 2 months, every feature performs as designed. I very much like the feature where you can adjust the brightness of the LED display light. I like zero light at night so I turn off the display and only use the projection light. The projection light is brighter and easier to read than my old clock and projection easily on my 11 foot ceiling. That may mean for some, that the projection light is too bright. I like limited to no light at night and I find the projection light acceptable. The projection brightness can not be adjusted, but you can turn it off. The projection display light can be rotated 180 degrees as well as adjusting the projection arm 90 degrees. The temperature reading is off by one degree for inside and outside, but I am OK with the difference. I would purchase again.
These units have all the features I need and packed them in a small, well designed unit with good performance. All displays are easy to read and set up. Detection of sensor takes a while, but was successful. If you register on their website, it has a 3 yr warranty which is extraordinary for this type of equipment. Customer service for my first unit was exceptional and quickly successful.
Our last alarm clock broke. So I was looking for a new alarm clock when I came across this one. It’s a digital projection alarm clock which is the coolest thing I know we know existed. It gives off the perfect amount of light in the morning. It has night vision. It allows my music to play and myself went to church all while allowing me to have a great dependable alarm system. The noise level is perfect because I can adjust it because I’m such a deep sleeper like to have a loud alarm when I wake in the morning but on the weekends I like to have it later so my kids can sleep in. I’m very happy with this product. I will buy from this seller again in the future.
We love the projection on ceiling. We completely turned off display and using only projection because mi wife can't sleep with any light around, but red light on ceiling is not bother her at all. Outdoor temperature and indoor reader is accurate and have no issues to connect. Only wish the clock were little bigger and could have more varieties of alarm sound, not just one beep, beep, beep. As well would be great if there is Turn off button on top for alarm, not just snooze button for conveniency. You can turn it off in front with plus or minus, they are just too small. Settings are easy to do. Great product.
After first purchasing and being disappointed with a similar Lacrosse model (too dim projection feature) this clock projection feature shines by comparison, and I love it. I purchased only for the time/temp projection feature and not for use as an alarm clock, so no judgement on those features. I can now easily read the big font of the time/temp in the middle of the night without my glasses.
Straight out of the box to set up took maybe 10 minutes. I've had an Oregon projection that I'm replacing that took an engineer and Rubic Cube champion to set up. During DST it stayed an hour off. Remote thermometer never held signal. This clock has a great display and now we know instantly what the temp is in wife's greenhouse without getting dressed to go outside. Love it!
