How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Thought it would be brighter, but that's on me. Still easier to see vs my red dot hilti. This is accurate, feels well built and solid. Comes with a carry case. Solid little unit, no regrets.
This is my first owned laser tape and it has been working very well. The green laser is key and makes it easy too see and it has great range for the price. The added functions are great and the ability to switch measurement readings from inches to feet too millimetres and also does angles Very easy too use
Appears to be solid and well made, with a premium feel to it. The green laser is very visible and this unit has an impressive 100m range. The device is quite compact, and it has a durable carrying case.
The green light projected by the laser measure is very visible compare to the traditional red laser. In addition to the visible green light, this can also help in finding angle. The device is small and compact but full of feature. The quality seem to be great. I also validate the accuracy by comparing it with tape measure.
Easy to use and accurate result, fast and accurate for every detail. I am so far really enjoying this laser distance meter. I also like how you can adjust the measurement position from the back of the unit or the front. These devices not only measure but also records the measurements and make it a great device to be brought around and not get in the way.
Tested for accuracy with my old one and tape. Even it's bit more expensive than others, But it measures faster, has backlight. The green laser is more visible under the sun which is better than normal red laser. Definitely worth the money
I walk around the parking garage every day for exercise. Curiosity had me measure the entire place. It was accurate (repeated measurements) and very easy to see the green laser dot. Mode changes take careful reading of the user's manual because it does more than just point and shoot. It does straight distance plus area (two measurements), volume (three measurements) as well as various triangulation. It does have a level meter built in but I haven't tested that. It's a laser so I'm sure it's better than me as I guess how tall the flag pole is.

I was always skeptical of these but having the opportunity to test one out and let everyone know my findings interested me. I do a lot of work around my own house and other people's houses doing just about everything. I was pleasantly surprised with how accurate this little tool is. So much faster than pulling tape to get a quick measurement. If you have the money to invest in a laser measure, I say go for it. If this item is a good price for you, you won't be disappointed. If you are worried about the tool being hard to use, it is not. Menus are navigated easily and it all made sense to me without looking through the manual.
I haven't used all the features yet, but so far it is great for measuring. And green light is the only way to go.
This was the first laser measure I've used, and I have to say I'm impressed. It's accurate, very easy to use, and way faster than a tape measure. Really it would be perfect for someone coming in getting measurements for flooring, drywall, and trim because it would greatly decrease your time spent on the site! The back-lit screen is awesome. It's very easy to read! You can adjust the measure to measure from the front, middle, or back of the device. It comes wkthba nice holster and a wrist strap to make sure you don't drop it. The sides have a rubbery material to give you more grip which I also really like. Overall it's a great laser measure! I'm impressed!
Great battery life, a lot of functionality, easy to follow manual, and it’s water and dust proof too. Perfect for the worksite.
The tool itself has intuitive controls, although I would definitely recommend looking through the how-to guide. You can also tell it where to measure from the butt of the disto or from the front face. It emits a bright green laser. You can’t really see it in the really bright sun during the day but that’s to be expected. It has a rugged feeling housing that doesn’t feel like it would break if dropped. It also comes with a belt holster. It makes beeping sounds when it takes measurements but those can be toggled off.
It can do a lot of other calculations that aren’t too useful to me but I can see them being useful to other trades. It can calculate volumes. If you deal with pools, that would be extremely useful. You can take 4 measurements to calculate a volume. It can also calculate areas. Maybe for painters that might be useful to find how many liters of paint you might run through.
At first, I thought that this device would only be able to measure distances. Sort of like a laser measuring tape. It can do so many other things. One of the modes that particularly impressed me is the 2-point height measurements. Say you need to get the height of a ceiling. You point it to the bottom corner where the wall meets the floor and take a measurement, then you point it to the top corner – where the wall meets the ceiling and take a measurement. Then it quickly does the calculation and spits out the height. I confirmed it with the tape and it was pretty close. How well it can do these calculations is dependent on how still you can hold it between the two measurements. It’s assuming that it’s being pivoted and not moved in space.
I’m very pleased with this tool. My job requires me to take distance measurements often. I always carry a steel tape measure with me with a few backups waiting in my car in case the main one calls it quits. However, there are situations where you can’t necessarily reach the object you’re trying to measure to with the end of the tape. Or it’s very inconvenient to do so. In those cases a disto comes with very handy.
