How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My fur baby loved it before I even put it on!!!
We are a multi cat household and as soon as I put them up ( tape) the cats used them. Two weeks later, they still get used daily. One is taped to a corner that has a textured paint and the other regular paint. The scratcher on the textured one came off yesterday- I need stronger double sided tape as I don’t want to screw them into the wall. Super easy to install with tape. The cat nip channels down the sides are hilariously small and as I tried to fill them it spilled out- either way the cats liked it. They are really easy to clean- the front part snaps off and you take it to the sink with a brush.
I purchased these because I have a cat that always wants to be pet or brushed. I have one that hates being brushed! When I installed them the cat that HATES being brushed walked right up to it and started rubbing against it. The one that loves being brushed was hesitant about using it. Now they both love them. You can either use the double sided adhesive to attach to your wall or screws (that come with it) but I have found the double sided adhesive is plenty strong! I actually worry what it might do to my walls when I remove them. Until I come to that point....it works great for us!
I didn’t use the adhesive pads. My desk has round legs, and these brushes are flexible and a bit slip resistant. So I took them out of the wall brackets, wrapped one around each leg of my desk, and tied them in place by taking a long piece of yarn and wrapping it around the brush several times to hold it tightly around the leg and then tying it tight. It works. The cats like it, and it doesn’t slip around when they rub against it. I bought an extra pack to use as hand-held brushes. The cats enjoy that too.
To start with, of course, the catnip gets them to investigate the brushes, but they keep coming back, and the brushes really do help them groom. So far we are really happy with these.
I recently added a 2 month old kitten to my home to be with my 6 year old cat and have been having some issues. As many of you who have multicat homes may know, the kitten thinks everything is his and I feel bad for my older cat. I bought these so each cat could have their separate one, and they work perfectly!! I placed one higher on the wall for my 6 year old, and he loves the catnip addition! The kitten doesn't really respond to catnip, so his brush lower on a different corner doesn't have any. Each cat has his own brush and I like that I could customize with or without catnip. This way, the older one won't mess with the kitten's brush (no catnip), and the kitten won't mess with my bigger baby's brush (higher on the wall and with catnip)! I highly recommend! In addition, I have seen some reviews saying the stickers don't hold up, I used the screws included to attach to my walls without using the stickers (I don't want a mess left behind since I'm in an apartment), and they are VERY secure. I definitely recommend!
There is a corner in my kitchen that my cats are constantly rubbing against, so I decided to buy this and try it out. As I was opening the package, my husband asked what it was. He shook his head and said, “how are you going to get the cats to run against that”. Five minutes after putting it up, Vixie began rubbing against it. She’s in the video. The next day, Bella discovered it. She’s in the picture. I normally wait a few weeks before leaving a review, but it didn’t take long to see that it works. The catnip inserts are a bonus. I definitely recommend this product.
I actually bought this for my dog, who likes to rub her whiskers on the corner of the door frame. Sometimes I detach the brush part and brush her back with it. If dogs could purr...
My long hair cat has taken to this. She runs against it frequently just as described. Good value.
This is the best product I've never purchased for my cats. They love it! So glad I bought 4 sonI can put some upstairs. I decided to attach them with command strips instead of the adhesive squares that came with it. That makes them easier to remove when we eventually move. 10/10 will definitely purchase again.
My cat loved it immediately out of the box and I could barely get it stuck to the wall before she was rubbing on it! The adhesion pads are really strong (despite me taking it off a few times to adjust the height) and don't budge once you get it on. Would recommend !
My girls were hesitant of this at first but after some coaxing and using my favorite catnip spray, they warmed up to the brush and now love it! I recommend when you install it to try and have your cat nearby so you can measure which height to put it at. Mine is maybe an inch lower than I would have liked, the girls still love it and use it but have to crouch.
I have a picky cat. She doesn’t like catnip so I didn’t use that. Stuck it to a corner and she loves it. I haven’t placed the second one yet, but I will soon. Easy to stick onto wall. Very happy customer. You can see how long her hair is and she uses this brush herself.
Didn’t know if my cats would like this, but since it was so inexpensive, thought I’d give it a try. Put it on the railing at our beach house. Cats just love it! The key is to powder it with catnip in order to initially attract the cats. We stacked then on top of each other using zip ties. This allows them to be able to scratch their face and body. We ordered 2 more for another location. Definitely recommend this product!
It's a huge hit with two of my cats. I started with using the double side tape and it stayed in place for several months before their aggressive rubbing brought it down, along with the paint underneath. No biggie... I have more paint. But I've since moved it to where I could screw it into wood and it's way more sturdy. I bought the 2 pack and gave the other to a friend. His cats love it too.
My 2 cats can’t get enough! Put the catnip in and boom, won’t leave it alone. They hate being brushed, so now they can do it themselves and on their own terms. Super easy to clean and install, best $ I’ve spent!
We placed these in a few spots in our house where the cats like to rub up on the corners. Not only does it make them happy, it keeps the walls a little cleaner as well. I can hear one of them rubbing up against it right now! We have smaller cats so the included tape has held strong so far, otherwise I can see where the screw attachment would work easily as well. A purchase well worth it.
I bought these to replace one I had 15 years that finally broke. Love that it came with two. The curved style is great. I have 4 cats and every one of them started rubbing on them the first day. Hopefully they last as long as my old one did. They seem very sturdy and I like that you can detach to clean them.
When my husband nor I have time to daily brush the cat she can brush her own whiskers!!! I installed it using my own adhesive strips to ensure it would hold. I placed it upstairs by the linen closet corner. It is not an eyesore being upstairs but would be if it were downstairs with my decor. Great gift! My cat uses it as much as she likes. At first she was using it too much and I had to cover it with a washcloth to teach her not to use it so much then after the novelty wore off she manages just fine on her own.
We mounted on a corner and before we walked away, our cat was on it. He LOVES it! Really easy to mount with the adhesive pads.

I used 3m command strips to attach it to my corner wall. My cats love it. They can’t get enough. We bought 2 more.
My lil furball loves it. I attached one to a kitchen table leg since she nuzzles our feet under the table a lot, and she likes it there.
Second ones I have bought. My cats really enjoy them.
I used my own velcro strips to attach so I didn't ruin the walls. My girls started using these not more than a minute after I hung them. I'm so happy!!
