How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Love these hybrid pliers. They’re just about perfect. Strip wire well, grab hold of anything I want with them. Nifty having the screw cutters on them. Able to have only these and side cutters for the pliers I keep on my pouch. The only thing I wish they had were longer handles. That way I could use them to beat more things with. I still am able to tap pipe together in the couplings, bash wall plugs into drywall, drop in anchors into concrete. But it takes a few more swings than my regular linesmen pliers do. I keep a second set of strippers for bigger wires like 8 and 6 gauge. But these get me through all of my commercial electric and residential electric work days.
These pliers have been one of those great purchases that have become one of my go-to tools I always keep on hand. The cutters are surprisingly powerful and were able to cut the tips off of nails popping out of wood. The fat plier head works great for twisting groups of wires together. I purchased them primarily to help with swapping out electrical outlets and switches, and combined with a pair of needle nose pliers they've been everything I need. Great purchase and value.
The first time I used these hybrid lineman I was impressed! Klein definitely delivered a quality product once again! Wire strippers work great, they are strong! I don’t agree with other reviews complaint about stiffness. They should complain about not having man hands instead!! Perfect auditing to my tools!
Admittedly, this tool is expensive. Nevertheless, I have found it to be worth every penny - and more. It’s built like a tank, has a lot of features for a tool of its type, and really performs well. I doubt you could find a more versatile, well designed, and useful product of its type anywhere. Very Highly Recommended. Just don’t loan it out as you’ll likely not get it back.
The pliers are great, and do the job well...this is actually a second set as I use the first set so often. The price is reasonable, and they are definitely a winner for a tool belt or in the job bucket where they can replace at least two other sets of tools.
Great for just about any wiring job you have to do. Very virtual tool for your tool bag.
Great item I find myself using this lineman the most as it has a long reach stripper's and with most all this tools it is very sturdy and grippy
Now that I've been using this tool for over a month, I can properly review this tool and say that it is definitely worth the investment. As a MIJ electrician, I am able to fully utilize this tool as one of the main pocket tools that I use in my pouch every day. Definitely recommend other to get this tool.
As a professional with 34 years working, I learned not to carry anything that is not worth the weight. On the ground, in a bucket or hooking a pole these pliers are worth carrying. Handle style and size provide good leverage. Grips comfortable. Crimps with ease. Well worth the money for a pro. Last a homeowner a lifetime
These are my favorite pliers for basic electrical work. Lineman, side cutter, stripper, & crimper all in one. Only thing else you need is a multi screwdriver & it's go time.
I am a commercial electrician and these pliers are awesome for stripping and splicing, a multi tool that have replaced my regular linesmans and standard strippers. They also cut 12-2 and 12-3 m/c with ease I would still recommend using Roto zips to cut the m/c but will do in a pinch ;) p.s. toss in a red head lol. But these pliers open and close with ease, I use them every day and have for 3 months, still sharp and took no time at all to brake in, they are super light so they are comfortable in the pocket or pouch/tool bag. I love them
Awesome! Replaces 3 different tools for light duty work. I still use my full pouch sometimes but for easy jobs I can have a streamedlined pouch and still get the job done. It’s a life saver when you work 10plus hours 6 days a week.
I love these when I’m doing plugs or switches. They are strippers, crimpers, and they pig tail. That’s everything I need in that regard. The only time I switch a tool is if I’m wrapping a solid wire around a screw, then I’ll use a regular stripper.
The pliers feel very nice. I am new to the trade but within a days work I used almost all of its functions with essentially no problems. The hinge is very well lubricated and the pliers do not open too wide, the handles stay within grip range.
Purchased these to trial out for my electric shop. They are a little pricey too start off, but it's like an all in one electrical tool you can take with you when jumping out cables in Electrical Buckets, panelboards, etc. Great for use in industrial environments where you are going up tons of flights of stairs, etc. Looking to buy more.
