How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Just what I needed a linemans pliers with a way to strip wires also. Excellent.
I would consider this one of the first tools you should buy, it's just so versatile and well made. I've had it for a year now, although I don't use it everyday, it has never failed me. To keep it in nrw condition all you have to do is spray some wd40 in the joint and you're good.

These things are a beast they are on the heavier side for pliers and generally the work I do but they aren’t just pliers you get multiple tools in one which is nice and handy. Also they are super durable and will cut thick wires without getting a scratch it’s crazy and well worth the money. If you can handle the extra weight and need some versatility I highly recommend these pliers
The perfect house-wiring tool ! I've hated having to carry lineman pliers only to twist wires pre-wirenutting (is that a word?). This tool is enough like a lineman plier to twist away no problem - and it strips 10-14 ga. wire and crimps Buchanan ground sleeves. What more do you need? So now all I'm carrying is these... and a set of angled diagonal cutters.
I love this product. I bought it because the electrician that I hired was using a similar pliers. Now I can better work on repairing , wiring, stripping cable, cutting screws, cutting thick wires and crimping. A bit expensive but it eliminates many other electrical tools.
perfect mix of the main features needed for electrical work, blade cuts better than the other "combo" electrical pliers out there. note that this will not replace your linesmans though, they're a little smaller
This hybrid linesman/electrician pliers found a place in my work bags on day one. That's rare. It does not replace a long nose or a small compact hand stripper, or a compound large wire cutter, but is great at cutting and twisting in places too cramp for larger heavier linesman pliers. For working with 10 and 12 all day, it's great. Summary: If you're a tradesman, there's only so much space in our bags and every tool has to has it's own slot. And, a lighter and simpler setup is always a good thing. (do not care for heavy tools) Time will tell how long the mouth serrations stay sharp or start to smooth out like cheap pliers. Suggestion: try it.
Not sure if the people complaining about sharpness are trying to cut 10/4 in one shot or what but I had the heavy duty ones or these without the crimper and now this ones, this one have a better grip for twisting wire and in my opinion cut wire better and in one shot than the heavy duty ones, maybe the strippers aren't as sharp but the side cutters are, also the strippers are as sharp as you really need them to be, if this hindered me in any way I'd yo back to the others but they don't AND they have the crimper.
I wish I knew about these when I was a full time cable technician (if they were out back then) because I would not have needed separate pair of heavy Klein lineman’s (9’s), wire strippers and crimpers. Ironically I bought these because I lost the lineman 9’s, had lost the Klein strippers before and was tired of carrying all of it too. This tool is perfect at the ground block/side of the house or at the tap/pole too. The fact it strips the typical 14, 12, and 10 gauge wire, cuts the typical 8-32 and 6-32 screws, has side cutters, the pliers and crimpers make it a great tool to have. Plus it’s made in the USA.
This is my very first tool purchase after a recent fire at our house. First everyone is safe including the pets. And thankfully the fire was contained to the garage. The sad news is that all of my tools were destroyed. The fire was so hot it melted my tools. I'm very happy that I found this tool again. This specific tool is one of my favorite tools.

Amazing how they continue to modify designs that improve the performance of the worker and the tool. You won't be disappointed. I'm always willing to pay a little more for the type of quality, sturdiness and comfort afforded by Tools.
Very handy to have one tool that can do what is needed instead of having at least one more to do what this can. Works great for stripping wires easily, twists wires together, and can cut down 6-32/8-32 screws. Not as heavy duty as the larger size but still works well for most wiring jobs.
Im on my second pair, since I misplaced the first pair. I had no problem buying them again. I highly recommend these pliers.
They are very well made, and the strippers function well. After cutting a 4awg quickly, the strippers developed a burr on all three wire sizes. It made the pliers “stick.” I filed the burrs away and they work well now.
I carry these instead of my regular pliers now. I still carry my wire strippers, but rarely need them. The crimpers work well, but Id like them to have more leverage as the crimp is very close to the end of the handle.
