How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This device has been a major addition to my vehicle and an accessory that is useful every single time I drive. The install was incredibly easy even though the manual can be difficult to read or understand but it’s basically plug-and-play. The brightness is excellent in all conditions and the flat wiring provided made it easy to conceal for a clean dash. After a slight adjustment to the speed setting for accuracy I hardly look at my speedometer anymore.

It is accurate to the car, obviously, it gets the data from the same computer as the speedo. It is bright enough to be seen driving into the morning sun on a cloudless day in FL. It is plenty bright. I want one of these in every car I drive, forever. I love just knowing how fast I am going and other info without having to move my eyes from the road.
The set up was dead easy. I have a 2012 Honda CRV. I just plugged it into the OBD2/GPS port and it was up and running. I took a few days to drive around with the projector on my dash before I settled on a place I liked it and then marked the window to apply the screen. It looks so much better. I am really glad I played with it for a couple of days before settling on where it goes.
SO, I gave it a five for suction power but it should just get a five for not slip powers. It is stable and sits like a rock. I am an aggressive drive, it will stay put under above normal situations.
After reading so many reviews, I decided to give it a chance. It works so well I absolutely love it. I use it on GPS mode and at first the speed was a bit off from the dash. When I would go up to 30 it would read the same as the dash but once I got to 60 it would read 65. I followed the instructions it came with and it was pretty easy to adjust. The instructions does say if you won’t be using your car much to unplug it as it still gets battery power even if the car is off. I just prefer to unplug it every time I don’t use my car but other than that I love my speedometer!
Great product.
I was able to find the install point and once you get that it’s pretty simple to install once you have that. I still want to test in daylight and work on positioning but directions really helped me navigate the menus and figure out display.... now all I need is during day test while driving and to finalize if I need sheet or not (probably due).

almost seems to good too be true lmfao but nah its fr pretty nice u just have to have it setting on the right angle and it looks almost like it belongs in the car
Easy to install
I drive a 2004 Honda Civic and I didn’t have to adjust it at all out of the box. Outstanding device for the price. I paid over $2500 to add a HUD to my 2018 BMW X1 and it doesn’t do as much as this HUD.
I really like this HUD! It's bright enough to read in direct sunlight. Once I calibrated the speed, everything was great. The only con is sometimes there's a small delay in the display. Once I got used to it, I barely notice it. I would definitely buy this again!
