How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Quality material. I recommend it.
I'm repainting my 300 sq ft basement which requires grinding of the old paint off the floor. I didnt think this was working great until I opened my shop vac. Some dust escapes but imagine what would be in the air had I not bought this. Great value and works good against the edging because the front part slides back.
Everything is OK
I've looked at coolant systems from a number of sources and they have all been expensive or partial solutions. This kit has everything but the coolant reservoir and a return line. I won't be using this system for a angle grinder, but it should work well on my bench top mill.
This is exactly what I needed for my project. I had some stone I wanted to polish and acquired the pads but wasn't looking forward to being drowned by a hose. This item solved the problem and was easy to assemble if you watch the video, the instructions that come with the kit just don't work. Everything you need is included, except the bucket of water and an apron. When you attach it to your angle grinder, drill or other tool you will have a professional tool to work with stone.
Anyhow, I’m excited to use this the next time I cut a paver! I think it is a great idea!
I will be using this on my angle grinder to cut pavers. Currently when I cut a paver, I have someone else hold a garden hose for me or I’m trying to hold one in place with my foot. So, this will be a big improvement! It is similar to the setup on a wet tile saw. I also like that it uses the spare handle hole on grinders.
This is a nice product for a reasonable price. I know I will find uses for it other than an angle grinder.
Is very good
We coupled this with a 2 stage dust collection system from my woodshop really saved the filter on the shop vac
was very doubyful this was going to meet my needs as I was wanting to grind off black jack and some sort of resin or paint on my den floor to clean for porcelan tile. to my extreme pleasure even though it take getting used to' I finally figured what works best and got great results.
Such a wonderful product! Used this on the grinder as we were grinding up the mortar after taking up our tile kitchen and bath. The grinder wheel was a God send as well but kicked up a ton of dust! This product was great after booking up our shop vac it sucked almost all of the dust when grinding.
Ok this helps reduce the dust so much im happy don't know if other more expensive ones work better but this worked for me grate and for the price I give it 5 stars

Grinding concrete creates a lot of dust. This device is well made and on somewhat smooth concrete there is barely a trace of dust when used with the correct vacuum set up.

I attached this to two different style grinders (one grinder had broke due to old age), it was a bit difficult to attach but it worked for both grinders with the adapters that came with the shroud. I attached a shop vac and about 95% of the dust went in the vac. It definitely made my restoration project much easier.
