How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Easy to use and worked great. I had several metal tables that were rusting. I placed each table on a large canvas on the grass in the backyard; wearing protective face shield, gloves and long sleeves, I sprayed each table and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Then with a steel brush and steel wool, the rust was removed. After rinsing and letting the tables dry, I used a rust proof spray primer and spray paint to give the tables a new look. It is easy, just be sure to follow the instructions.
This stuff is fabulous. I have tried others but the application was too difficult. With Metal Blast you just spray on, wait for it to work and rinse with warm water. Repeat for heavy rust or any spots you missed. I have done tools, my grill, wraught iron gates, outside tables galvanized tube gates, flag holder, barn latches and door hinges without sanding a thing.This is worth the money, you wont be sorry. This product is fixing up my two acre farm quite nicely.
Works great, used it on the frame and floor of my Excursion which had some moderate rusting.
This stuff is FABULOUS. We had an older storage shed, very rusty, we bought this, sprayed building all over waited 6 hours sprayed with water and used metal brush to remove old excess rust and paint, rinsed it again let it dry and repainted. No one can believe it, I have told many people about this product.
This stuff really works. I had a patch of rust on the base of my wood stove, this stuff eliminated the rust and left bare shiny metal where the rust was. It did not remove paint where there was no rust.
I thought I'd try it on a small spot to make sure it didn't harm the chrome. Again, I took a look at everything I'd sprayed the next day, and everything looked nearly new. I am now ordering another bottle.
The real magic about metal prep, is that it will destroy even the microscopic rust, and will help prevent the return of future occurrences. Fantastic !!

works, best product. I cleaned the visible part of the iron girder on which my basement wall was built, this cleaned all the accumulated rust and debris of 42 years, obviously you can still see the line of the metal but much neater than trying to cover with paint.

Works really well at getting rid of rust and stopping it. If you need to stop rust and prep areas for paint. Then this is your stuff.
Wow! Worked very well! New metal prep method for me. This stuff worked really well. Needs to be flushed and scrubbed but well worth the effort on a large product that I needed to be done well the first time!
Very quick service. I was impressed with the safety precautions taken with shipping. Thank you for that. I think my rust job was more then expected. I have had to treat the stand several times and some of the rust has been removed. I have cleaned between each treatment, but the rust is winning.
I bought this for a boat trailer that was all rusted out. Admittedly, despite the excellent reviews, I didn't have high hopes. However, I was blown away! It was super easy to apply with the gallon sprayer - It only took me a few minutes to spray down the whole thing. Then I left for a couple of hours. When I came back, almost all the rust had vanished! New paint arrives tomorrow, to complete the job.
Works great for removing rust on truck frames. Ain't gonna prevent you from having to knock off the big rust but for surface rust it does a decent job. Just be patience and spray it down a few times.
Amazing product. You can see the rust turning black right before your eyes. I’m restoring an old Mustang that has lots of light surface rust underneath and this brings it to the point of painting with confidence knowing the rust is gone.
