Magnetic Emergency Roadside Safety Beacon Lamps

Great lights. They are very durable and bright. The bag is a little flimsy. The first bag I received had a broken zipper. Customer service was outstanding. They responded to my email almost instantly and sent me a replacement bag. I would purchase these again.

The kit is a good kit. With 6 of these you can use 4 or 5 to put out for safety and one for a flashlight if you need to change a tire or engine problems. The bag is pretty good. The flares themselves aren't bad. The LEDS do point down some. But not enough for it to be an issue. the magnets are nice to mount on your car or metal surface. The are sealed so water shouldn't be an issue. I am keeping a few extra batteries in the bag in case the batteries die form the cold and heat. To operate press button on top once. Then press for what setting you want. To use flashlight feature double click button and that turns on. The flares will still flash with flashlight on. Or double click and the flashlight comes on.If you price the cost of these verses road flares these will be cheaper in long run. They are bad. I have used a 500 dollar kit for LZs for helicopter landings. These are on the same level of them for brightness. Very good investment for emergencies in your car. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a 6-pack of these to make car kits for my grandkids and kids of friends who are graduating from high school and heading off to college in the fall. I used small organizer cases and safety vests from Menards to make car-safety kits as graduation gifts. I photocopied the instruction brochure to add to each kit. The case can go in the trunk or will fit under the front seat of the car for quick access. The flares are very bright and magnetic to easily stick to the car. They seem very durable and well made. I liked them so well, I bought more and made kits for our own cars and other family members.

These LED flares are very bright. We used these for trick or treat instead of chemical flares in our town They worked very well and were friendlier to the environment.

I liked the LED Road Flares. I got them for gifts for my family. They seem to do what the aid said they would do. Automobile safety is an important issue. Nothing happens for years and then "boom" you have a safety need.

I ordered these emergency lights as I have always felt the emergency flashers on cars are insufficient to warn other motorists that you are stopped, even when you are on the shoulder. Now I feel much more confident as these lights provide much better warning capacity.

I like EVERYTHING about this device. Just as described and better! What I am showing in my images is: 1. It can be held in place on a magnetic surface. 2. It can be propped up on a flat surface with the pull out J arm. 3. I can be threaded once or multiple times through as few or as many of the loops on the edge, for whatever purpose or simply for hanging. 4. It comes neatly packaged, and conveniently accompanied by a little Phillips screwdriver to handle the screws on the battery bay. 5. We used a dozen of these emergency lights to hazard up our Halloween COVID theme. Wow, they were much better than i anticipated due to some of the reviews. They flashed for hours without fading, they stayed bright! After our fun, I gave 3 to my son and 3 to my sister in law and 1 to my grandson. The rest are for my wife in her truck. We will see how long the batteries last in a stored capacity. And I just purchased another dozen to give away as gifts to my kids and my motorcycle!!

this is a very good product , my c/o are on the edge --- this product requires a total of 36 AAA batteries --- I made the assumption the units would come fully functional - batteries are extra... - the way that the battery compartment is designed - it would appear the units go back together in about any lay flat position, but they do not - if you have "no" experience with anything mechanical it may take you a while to figure that out -- use the hanger hook to "slowly" remove battery compartment ( after removing the two screws) -- take 3 of your 36 aaa batteries and insert --- then making sure you have the cap on correct position replace the 2 screws using the super tiny Philips head screw driver they provide (it works pretty good ) once cap is replaced it provides what appears to be an excellent weather seal and I would bet these things can withstand a massive downpour -- might want to keep them inside your vehicle as opposed to in a cold trunk -( to maintain battery readiness) , and to be reminded to check on occasion to be sure battery's are still charged ---- over all I would say they are overpriced but still worth it as a quality product -- and a safety item. ----- suggestion - maybe mark each half with a marker before you take apart to ease reassembly

I have already needed these due to a flat tire on a lonely Texas highway at midnight. So simple to use and the tow truck driver said he saw them a long, long way off. He said he had never seen them before except in ads and couldn’t believe how effective they were. I noticed that people on the highway slowed way down at least a half mile away. These are a must have item. I remember thinking they were pricey when I bought them but after last night they made a very bad situation much safer. Highest recommendation!

I’m super happy that I bought these Emergency Safety Discs. They take up very little space in my trunk and they will be so helpful if I ever need to get out of a very difficult situation. Living in California with all the fires I think these are a great alternative to the traditional dangerous Pyrotechnic Road Flares

I gave this a three of the five stars for ease-of-use because the button on the units themselves can be hard to press in on two of the lights meaning that cycling through the light options can take an extra second or two. With that said the light output is really good and I have to say that I've come to love these things because they have a built-in LED light for flashlight which is not red or orange and it puts out enough light along with having a magnet on the back side that it's very useful underneath the hood of a car on top of if you actually have to replace your tire on the side of highway you can literally stick these lights anywhere in light up everything you need to do on top of keeping your family safe and being seen by the traffic. Compared to road flares these are much safer, trust me.

Like the "flares" and nice to get the windshield hammer/seat belt cutter. After an auto accident, with flammables around, LED's make so much more sense than flares anyway.

I love how these work. I am getting them for my brother and sister-in-law who enjoy cycling at night. They claim it's cooler, safer, the roads are less congested. However there was an incident some years back when the driver of a car deliberately tried to knock my brother down after tailing him for quite a distance. That was when he used to cycle on his own and even then, he had all the backlight and safety gear required. Now, with these, should they need help, nobody can fail to see them

These perform better than I would have expected. Magnets are small but adequate to hold the flares against the sides od a parked vehicle if needed. I also purchased the SlimK flares at the same time. They look the same physically but the lights on these flares, to my eyes, have richer color and are more noticeable. I would buy again.

These are built ruggedly and are very bright. I feel safer knowing they are there.

May not be the cheapest but delivers great functionality at a reasonable price. Very bright and easy to operate the different modes. I like the strong magnet that holds even if the vehicle is wet. Well made and even includes extra batteries. The escape hammer is a great bonus. I would suggest to use a good lithium AA battery that would not be affected by long storage at different temperatures in the vehicle and won't leak.

On 02/14/2020, my car was struck from behind by a speeding driver while driving on a busy highway at night. I stopped in the middle of the highway, injured and my car damaged, other cars driving right past me without slowing down. I had recently bought this product and had them within my reach. I activated all 3 of them and I was able to throw them outside behind my car. They remained flashing until the State Police arrived. I certainly could have been struck again by another vehicle, if not for these flares!

I've looked at various brands of this item. Settled on this one because it was a couple dollars less expensive, and reviews were ok. They are actually slightly larger than I expected, which just makes them better than expected. I will probably buy an additional set for my wife's vehicle.

Very nice and compact -- six round, orange flares that fit in a neat orange canvas "mini-duffel bag" -- the light they give off is very bright -- there are several modes -- and they have strong magnets so they can be affixed anywhere on your car. I like that you can reach out your car window and affix them to the sides of your car and the roof and don't have to get our of your car - you never know what's out there!
