How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Bought for travel. No water reservoir. Smaller and more portable. Pour a cup of water in. This is how much coffee fills the cup. I found the coffee was hotter and slightly more flavorful than the larger version I have at home. Las Vegas hotel rooms do not have coffee makers. They expect you to get dressed, go to the casino Starbucks, and stand in line for your morning coffee. Best decision we made was to take our own pods and coffee maker. My wife uses it for hot tea.
I live in a small efficiency apartment with limited counter space. It fits perfectly in the space I have, and it's so easy to use.
As promised Its been almost 2 weeks and I'm still in love with this coffee maker. I have had no issues I was concerned with all the negative reviews. It's been 2 weeks and my coffee maker is still working with no issues whatsoever. I have brewed 5 cups back to back with no issues. I am glad I made this purchase. Oh I've been using it every single day since I got it btw.

I got this today. As soon as I got it I went ahead and did the first brew with just water as instructions say. On previous reviews I seen how alot of it says it takes a long time to brew, for me specifically this isn't a problem it took about 1 min by the time I pulled my creamer out the fridge and got my sugar to add to my cup it was done. Also my coffee was hot. I have seen other reviews saying it stopped working after the 3rd brew, I'm a little worried but if it does happen with mines I'll update my review. So far no complaints. I love how small it is barely takes any space.
I ordered this machine to replace the giant one I had before which finally died after years of use. I like this one a lot better because the color is prettier and it doesn't take up so much counter space. I like that it only holds one cup of water at a time. My son had a bad habit of letting the water in the big, black Keurig sit around for a couple of days and then using it. Gross. Now I know he can't do that with this machine. It brews a great cup of coffee and seems quieter than my old machine. I have nothing bad to say about this one. I highly recommend it.

Incredibly fast shipping, in two days I already had it in my house. Everything according to the description. It looks very good, it is very robust and with weight. It comes with all the accessories for different types of capsules and ground coffee. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll leave additional comments when I do.

Decided to buy a keurig because my husband always makes far too much in a pot, and a lot was going to waste. We got some of the reusable mesh k-cups and fill those with the grounds we like. The mini is super compact, taking up roughly half the counter space our previous pot-style coffee maker did. It's incredibly easy to use, and makes a delicious cup. The cord can be stored inside the unit. The reservoir is simple and easy to clean/disinfect. You can remove the drip tray to fill a tall mug.

I wanted to get a small kuerig for my office and this is perfect. Very lightweight and easy to transport so it would be great to travel with. In terms of the other reviews saying their coffee wasn’t hot I have not experienced that. The coffee is always hot for me. This is great for making one cup and it takes about 3 minutes total. I definitely recommend.
i love this coffee maker its slim so it doesnt take alot of room on my desk I only make a cup at a time so its perfect
Got really tired of crap motel coffee. Got this little number. Packs so easily into travel bag. Makes very hot coffee, better than my standard unit. Very happy with it so far. No negatives.
I love the good taste of my coffee and II like strong black coffee. If you use 8 oz.s of HOT Water, it is just right! You will notice I have capitalized HOT. The mini keurig requires HOT water unlike my bigger one that used cold water. I also like the additional counter space. Now that I have gotten into a routine, I love my mini because it makes such good strong coffee!
Beautiful color. I like that it only does one cup at a time - saves space not having a water reserve. It only holds 8 oz of water though. I’d like it if it went up to 10 oz for bigger cups. But I still love it and give it 5 stars.
