How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Fast shipping in under 3 weeks to US. They seem to be in good condition, but I have not tried them yet. I hope they last. Thanks store.

I have no complaints at all. I think these lights are worth every penny. The sensor performs almost perfectly... It's not too sensitive and it has always detected my motion. The color of the LEDs look natural or close to natural. I'm 100% satisfied.
I ordered 4 packs of these lights and 3 of the bases were broke when I received them. I called and told them the problem. They said they were sending another box to replace the box of broken ones. It was here the next day and I sent the broken set back. Everything was SO EASY. We have had so many complements on them. They look great.
Very bright. Stays on all night
Very, very nice solar light!!! I have other D battery operated motion lights at my residence, but I decided to go with these solar lights, as I'm tired of shelling out 15 to 20 bucks on D batteries every few months. I placed these 4 Semoon Solar lights on all sides of my house in areas - and they have exceeded my expectations!!! These are well worth the money, as the light they produce is not only bright, but stays on for about a minute or more. Exactly, what I needed. Highly recommend!

These small solar lights exceeded my expectations. They are super easy to install, detects motion up to about 20-25 feet away and the light is very bright. Would recommend these lights for anyone with dark areas on their property.
Bought motion lights in an effort to “startle-scare away” raccoons ... only to learn raccoons appreciated my efforts and lights actually assisted them in forging for grub worms! :). Although my efforts failed with the raccoons, I was so impressed with the lights that I am keeping them ... can always find other use for them! Highly recommend!
First impression is it is not flimsy or made or substandard material. Construction is great, the solar lights components are kept neatly. It is easy to assemble and install. The brightness is just right for the pathway. I have been using this for two weeks and so far so good!
This is a very good product sturdy and well built. Its also high quality. I was concerned that the solar panel would be right under the gutter and would prevent the sun from charging. But I was wrong, it charges without issues as the location gets around 4 hours of sunshine which is more than enough to product very high luminosity when required. The installation was a pain only because of the location and the fact I didnt have a tool to drill into brick. But once done it really works well. the sensor is really sensitive as well. Overall great product as you can see in the picture.
Works well
The lights look great. They are quite bright which is a major factor for making the steps safer at night. I'm not sure how durable these are with very cold temperatures, snow, and ice. But I have a few spares to replace any broken ones, if needed.
