How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My husband didn't think these would last more than two days as we put them along our driveway fence between rosemary bushes that shadow them quite a bit. They were cheap so I gave it a go, and over a month later they are still lighting up! I will say they don't last as long now that its winter and we have less sun, but they are also in a shady spot so we didn't expect too much longevity from them. We use them as more of a decorative landscape lighting rather than safety/path lights. For that purpose you might want something more reliable throughout the night.
Works good even if i dont know what the modes do but does work with motion. If only the light stays on longer. Will buy again cuz that price is good.
Tried to figure out how to light up a 10' wide stretch of yard on the south side of our house... so glad I didn't invest the time and money into running a new circuit after finding these. When I first opened the box, i felt a little duped because of how small these are, but after installing they are perfect. Enough light for me to see what I need and discourage anyone who might not belong there, yet not so bright that I need to worry about if my neighbors are being negatively affected by their coming on. And small enough that they dont create an eye sore. I have the mounted directly to the outside of the eaves trough roughly 13' off the ground. Even at that height, the motion detection is appropriate for the area that they are lighting. Cats moving in the neighbor's yard will turn it on. I would recommend one of these for any 100-200 square foot area that you would like to light as long as it is not north facing (assuming you are purchasing in the USA) or shaded a majority of the day.
Love these! Turns on with motion detection and super bright. We like to grill at night and now we'll be able to see what we're doing. Super easy to use, left outside to charge all day in the sun and then pressed the button in the back to turn on. Came with screws to mount but I just used nails, so that I can easily take on/off in case we need to.
I bought these lights with trepidation, thinking "well, they may work okay, we shall see." I have to tell you that I have purchased again, and again. I bought them to put on the outside of the barns to help at night. I now have them on all out buildings. The lights come on quite a ways before you come to it and light your path with ease. These lights are not in any way dim, they are nice and bright in order for you to see well in the dark. They are installed up high (above doors) on all South and West sides of our buildings. I no longer have to carry a flashlight and search for any hiding rattle snakes or tripping hazards. These lights are the best things we have and better than electric lights as we do not have to flip a switch to turn on or off. It is such a comfort to know that these lights will always be working even if the power goes off. We can still see to the animals safely. My only wish is that they would work on the North sides of the buildings. I am sure they would, but not being able to recharge in direct sunlight would make their "night life" a bit short. Seriously, these lights are fantastic!!
I purchased these lights to illuminate my fire escape space where I have created a makeshift balcony / garden. These are ideal as it doesn't take any floor space and doesn't need to be plugged into a power source. However, I'm glad I read reviews before installing, as you must turn the lights to your preferred settings before you mount them to any wall surface! If I hadn't done a bit of research, this would have been a frustrating process for sure. Otherwise, the lights are bright and I enjoy having my own city escape in the evenings
I love these small solar lights. I put them up on the side of my house where I store my trash cans so that they light up when taking the trash out at night. I also bought another set that I installed at the front of my house so that the walkway will light up when I leave for work at 4am and it’s still dark out. This is much better than leaving the porch light on all day. The proximity sensors work well and the lights are brights. Only thing I would change is to leave the timer of the light on a little longer, maybe by 5-10 seconds. I will probably buy a third set for the other side of my house.
Simply unbox, push mode button 3 seconds to set up to default mode, and install lite weigh lights with 2 screws per light into any location. I let the lights charge for a few hours in direct sunlight the day i received it (one day from order time) and it was operational by nightfall. I have a dark entry way to my house where I mounted them by the front door and the motion detector works well. I
Although these feel lightweight, which has become synonymous with “cheap”, I assure you these lights are not cheaply built. First of all, they are BRIGHT. I was really surprised how much they illuminate the area. The batteries hold more than enough charge to go a few cloudy days without charging. The light sensor truly ensures it’s dark outside before it starts activating. Motion detection in pitch black is spot-on, and has a fairly wide periphery that it will detect movement within. I like the different modes as well, since I actually have used this light as a work light due to it’s excellent coverage... which brings me to the mounting flange; I’m a fan because it allows me to mount it in numerous ways without having to necessarily drill screws into the siding of the house. It can be clamped, adhered, nailed, or screwed in place (and comes with screws). Time will tell it’s weather-resistance but so far I’m very satisfied with these lights for the price.
The lights are very easy to install, although I'm not sure if it is a bad design, but there is a button on the back of each light that you cannot access once the light is screwed to the structure you intend to affix it to. If you don't need to address the button, this isn't an issue. Originally, we had the two lights placed in the immediate vicinity of each other, and thought one of them wasn't working (they took turns on which wouldn't work). After some critical thinking (since my husband didn't read the directions when putting them up) we realized that because they only turn on at night, once the area lit up by one of them, the other shut off, because the second one thought it was daytime. After figuring out the issue, we did some relocating and put one on a tree to light up the area where we store our firewood and the other on a tree lighting up a dark area where we park or cars. We don't have the ability to hardwire a light in either area, so these work out great, since they are solar powered. They have quick response sensors and when then the lights turn on they are nice and bright, lighting up the area quite well, allowing us to see our surroundings, which is also a nice deterrent for uninvited visitors. I love these and would highly recommend.

We have a fence around the entire back yard which has 3 gates. These lights give off great light. Makes the entire lot look great. Couldn't be happier with them.
These solar lights are perfect for stairs or to attach to the side of a post to light up an area. Bright enough to be able to maneuver at night without being too bright. They work great and look great!
