How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Bought two. One for the garage door and one for the house. One remote controls both. Clearly visible from 4 to 5 houses away. I plan to leave them out and change the slides each holiday. Absolutely worth the price. Hope they last.

This is perfect to light up the house for Halloween and it comes with all the holiday slides. I couldn't be happier that this is the one I chose to buy of all the ones I viewed. This was the best and the best value. I love it.

I loved a good product according to price quality I would buy it again.
I bought this mainly for my 10 year old daughter as she loves Halloween and last year was not the best! This little gadget works as described. I projected it on the side of my house and it looked pretty cool, the images were at least 10 foot high. It was easy to setup and the remote worked from inside my house about 20' from the unit. It was easy to set it for 2 or 4 hours and change the background (mine was a permanent red). Tacky, yes but it worked for us. We might even use it for Thanksgiving and Christmas, good choice of slides available.

I used it outside for Christmas and New Years with no issues. The only downfalls I found were the number of slides for each holiday. You get a lot of choices for Christmas and Halloween but very few for the others (most only have one or two). And nothing I found useful for Valentines Day, the only one says Happy Womens Day! What is that, Valentines Day includes Men, boys and girls, not just women! I still find it very useful and enjoyable.
I used it to project the images on my garage door and the images were quite clear. It is not a good product to use if you’re trying to project the images on dark brick. The images were bright and clear I need background and the garage door, with stood the freezing cold weather, and most important of all It did not leak. All in all I am very happy with this product. It is one of the only projectors in which the projections were always clear, The products is easy to use, dependable, and worth the price.
This projector is inexpensive, easy to use, and quite a bit of fun. It comes with a stack of inserts that change the seasonal theme for almost every holiday. I thought we were going to just get a few, but for Xmas, there are like 8 different setups. You can switch the lights to different colors, have the pattern move at different speeds, and it has an auto shut-off timer. It does need to be fairly close to the surface it's shining on, but we have it on our front door area and it can easily be seen from the street. Guests always comment on it and we get a kick in deciding what to put on next for the holidays.
