How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Great little light that is bright and easy to mount. All features have great battery life and I love the braking and auto off features. Since I am not buying this for a bicycle, but for the wheelchair used by a 90 year old relative, the one touch turn on is very literally a life saver.
The brake light is the feature I purchased this for. Cars ride close and I want them to know I'm on the brakes. This brake light lets others know I'm hitting the brakes. It's automatic so any decent deceleration will trigger it. I'm not sure about the clamp feature, I use the rubber band and it's very secure. If you need brake lights click buy, this is a great compact light.

There are several flash modes and steady on too. Don’t know how long they will go before charging is needed yet but I did leave one on for about six hours on slow flash and then curved it again and it charged in about fifteen minutes! Dry acceptable! I would buy these again if I needed anymore.

I like these lights. They install very easy and work for the purpose I bought them. I got them to install on 3 bikes when needed. They make it so other people/cars notice you while on the road. the will not be bright enough to light up the road in front of you. The beam is not focused enough(very wide pattern) They work for the purpose I bought them at a great price. Cannot comment on battery life due to only using them on flashing mode for about 7 hours or so and not had to recharge yet. Good purchase.

Indicators informs when battery is going low - excellent experience.
Perfect way of changing modes, it also has a memory option - meaning, after shutdown, next turn-on will maintain your most recently used mode.
Can't say enough how much I love this - starting from neat design, ending with great functionality. Shines almost like a train in the dark! :)
Wow this light is amazing if you have a common older style seat post it may not work so well work except for it connecting it directly to the stem fortunately I have a the newer style seat post so it works perfectly and very clean is on also it has two modes where the light turns off after it's inactive then it has two Modes where it works constantly if you are night where you don't want it to turn off which gives you great option so I have heard of the reviews saying that that it wouldn't turn off it's just that they use that the last two modes don't turn off automatically which I say you don't want it to stop working in that night you made my night wanted to turn off so that's why he'll give you those options but the way it stops lights of really bright when you braking it's very good I mean it's intelligent I love it highly recommended
This little light is very high quality and both looks and feels more expensive than it is. It’s quite visible in broad daylight as well, and I love that it can sense when the bike is slowing and switch the light to a solid red without being wired in any way to the brakes. I do wish that the strobe mode could work with the automatic on/off feature, but it’s really no big deal to turn the unit on and off manually when I ride during the day. Overall, a wonderful product!
This is one of the best bike tail lights on the market, good manufacturer as well, you can’t go wrong with this…I love the build of this light, made of metal, I love the brightness and all the options for it as well, I like how it installs on the bike, although compared to the other tail lights from the same manufacturer, this one lacks the anti-theft and tracking systems…hopefully they make one that has all of the best features combined into one product, overall though I’m very satisfied with my purchase, will definitely recommend and buy more!
This tail light installed on my seat stem within a couple minutes using the allen wrench enclosed with the light and stays securely fastened right where I put it. It's bright and the battery lasts a long time. I go out for an hour each night and I think I will only need to recharge once every 3-4 weeks. The battery seems to barely go down from use to use (theere are four blue lights that appear on the face at the 3s that show the battery remaining from 25-100%, each light representing 25% charge remaining). Four different light modes and the great braking indication light. Great light so far and I hope it lasts a long time.
Attached this to the seat of my kid’s beach cruiser. Installation was simple as is powering on/off. Easily seen from a few car lengths and lasts for a couple of hours. Charges quickly. Love how the “brake light” detects when the bike stops suddenly and emits a really bright red for a few seconds. Should grab a motorist’s attention when behind the cyclist. Also like how there’s different modes of illumination as well as how the indicator shows the remaining charge. Amazing product at an affordable price.
I like the motion detector that lights up the light when you break, day or night, plus the night detector that keeps the light on while the bike is moving at night (but not during the day). Plus, having the light turn off after about 30 seconds when parked is nice--don't have to think about running the battery down due to forgetting to turn it off when hopping off the bike.
Received it promptly. Like the fact that it's not plastic but metal. Seems to be extremely bright, the brake sensor is a little touchy, sometimes it has a little bit of a delay coming on. On mine the first setting on the light does not seem to let the brake light work properly, like there is a delay. But on the other three settings the brake light seems to come on when it should. I use it during the day and it is extremely bright. A must have when you are riding out in public or in a group where you have riders behind you. Gives them an ample warning that you are braking. Two thumbs up.
I like it so much I bought a second one for my daughter's bike.
This is an excellent tail light and fits well in my bike seat. My favorite features are the brake-sensor (accelerometer) and ambient light sensor. Someone who noticed my light even asked me if it was connected to my brake system. As others have already noted, you need to understand the 4 modes of the light. The first 2 modes uses the ambient light sensor and accelerometer to turn the light on and off while the last 2 are always on. Brake sensing is always ON in all of the modes.
Charge seems to hold well. My only complaint is a little unfair: since this attaches to a wheelchair the interface is easy enough for a 90 year old with somewhat diminished capacity, but having to remove the light from it's retaining strap to charge the unit will be impossible. Fortunately the battery will last a while.
It's well made and I like the rechargeable battery! It has 4 lights that let you know how charged the battery is and I like that is just touch button face to turn on. I modified mine to fit my cargo bike and it works great the rear passenger can just reach back and turn it on.
Fantastic light. Very bright, many modes, the intelligent on/off senses movement/bouncing and automatically turns on and off as needed. Very securely mounted under the seat, and tucked away far enough for dropper posts. Strap mount is also very secure and heavy-duty. The light itself screws into the mount very smoothly and securely. Great buy .
Super easy to install. Super easy to use, directions are very simple and legible. The light itself is bright and when you put on the brakes it lights up even more so as advertised. I ended up buying another one because it works so well for my girlfriend's bike. I definitely recommend this product.
Haven't owned it long enough to rate the battery life, but it's USB charged, so not an issue.
This is a great light so far. (Only had it a few weeks) I love its different levels of light. It is bright even during the day. But i especially like that it installed under my seat. I have a single speed crusier and have my seat low with ape hanger handle bars. You can easily see this light under the seat and above my rear fender.
