How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Rather than trying to track down and purchase expensive replacements, or spend $200-$300 for a new pair of decent noise-canceling headphones, I purchases this $25 tube of loctite. I put the tiniest line of glue and fixed the peeling ear cup. It has been a few months now, and the glue has been holding great.
I had to start using my old Bose headphones much more, now that I had to start working from home remotely due to the pandemic, and participating in a lot of Zoom meetings. I have an old pair of noise canceling headphones work great. However they are several year old, and unfortunately one of the ear cups started peeling off.
I use super glues in the winter to seal cracks on my finger ends and eliminate the pain. I was tired of the older super glues that run all over the place and take a long time to dry. This product is as advertised, a liquid/gel type that goes only where you place it and doesn't run off or move around. Drying time is about 3 times faster than the other brands I have used. I keep my super glues in the house with hope that they will last after opening and initial usage. I will have to see how long this lasts for shelf life. I would defiantly recommend this adhesive for gluing objects together, not for skin as I do.
It's nice to know I won't need to order new super glue every time I have a project to do and even nicer to know that I only have to do each project ONCE. This is a great product that lives up to the reputation Loctite has built up with their bolt-fastening products.
Could not find a product that would stick tightly with soft flexible silicone. This is awesome! I made a mess I'm old and shaky and can't see well but it will clean up with fine sanding (fingernail stick) but can't belive how well it works on the ear peice and the red covering add ons. I'm buying another now as I couldn't find anything it wouldn't stick perfectly too
I've gone through about 4 bottles so far and still going. I love how you squeeze the sizes and you can have a singel drop come out with no dropping and it does not dry out as the cap is very unique and makes an airtight seal.
So I fix and make a lot of things and I am always hunting for the best glues, I have used them all from epoxies, to special primer bonder glues. My 2 most used glues these days are a 5 minute epoxy (Elmer's) and this Loctite gel glue. I use lots of it manufacturing little electronic boxes that are for commercial use and it's never failed.
Superglue has always been infamous for drying out after opening up the container. Not this one! The bottle is INGENIOUS and works incredibly well! I've had a bottle of Loctite Superglue that lasted up to 5 years in a similar designed bottle! That's pretty impressive considering most super glues are dried out in 6 months! (namely the crappy container is the culprit or poorly designed cap seal)
I accidentally broke a little ceramic decoration in the house I’m staying in. I had to order this last minute, having only $3 left. It shipped quickly, instructions are easy to read and follow, and the glue dried in seconds. Beware though; it WILL superglue your hands together. You’ll need to rip them apart as fast as you can if that happens. Also, Acetone doesn’t work to dissolve it.
I am impressed with just how simple and easy to use this glue is. In the past, super glue bottles were hard/rigid and made it difficult to get a proper amount of glue down (i.e. not too much). The bottle itself has two buttons on the side that you squeeze to force the glue out. It was really easy to modulate the buttons and get just the right amount of glue out. The glue itself is also a bit more gel-like than I'm used to. This again made it easy to control how much glue was applied. The glue bonded and cured the same as any other glue I've used. I did not stress test its bond in anyway, but a simple finger force test leaves me without any worry. This stuff should get the job done.
Super glue is great for making small repairs to things around the house. However, you do need to be careful and avoid skin contact (otherwise, you will be stuck together!). This container makes it easy to dispense and lets you apply it precisely. Read the directions and make sure this product will work for what you are using it for. Plastics, ceramics, etc work fine. If you are working with other materials, this might not be the best adhesive.
I've used countless super glues in my life. My #1 concern when buying super glue is how long I can store before I have to throw it out. I've had times when I used it once only to find it to be a chunk of solid after several months. I have not had this glue for long so that question is yet to be answered. But as far as convenience and strength go, I am quite happy so far. Very easy to open and use with the side squeeze "handles", and being a gel type, precise application without runny liquid is easy. I glue a broken plastic piece of my iPad case and so far it's holding up nicely. If it would last a while in storage, I would be a repeat customer.
Bought this to fix a cat toy my son broke. Needed something that would glue a metal chain to plastic, this stuff did the trick perfectly! I’ve bought every single brand of name brand and generic crazy glue and pretty much all of them are the same - you get one use out of them no matter what size you buy because the cap gets glued shut by the time you need it next. Unlike the others, the Loctite cap is uniquely designed to where it somehow doesn’t glue itself shut after a while. I’m happy to say I’ll get one than one use out of this which to me is great.
I’ve bought so many superglues in the past and even though they have a cap, you basically get once use out it. Good luck getting that cap back off and still being able to use the rest of the product. Not with this version. Great squeeze bottle so you don’t waste any of it. Good precision and after a use, I was able to put the cap on and go back over a month later to actually reuse it without issue. Let’s be honest, how often do you really use superglue so nice to have this on hand and functional when you need it without having to run out to by a new one each time.
The super glue worked perfectly for what I needed it for. I dropped my glasses that were already hanging by a thread and a piece of the top frame broke off so my entire lens was loose. I just put super glue along the lens and glue the broken piece of frame back on and held it for about 5 minutes and it works perfectly! This works better than the crazy glue formula which I could imagine is made of the same stuff or similar? Anyways, this worked for my needs and the amount that you're getting will last because you don't need to use much. For the price, this was well worth the money!
I was wary of trying the gel super glue just because I have always had issues with the liquid glue (like sticking my fingers to what I’m gluing!). I tried a few other glues which did not work on the plastic I had. Well this gel glue was so easy to use, not messy at all, and worked as super glue should work. The precision dispenser is amazing and made it so much easier and cleaner. And of course the price was great! No more being afraid of super glue, this stuff has convinced me!
The adhesion on this is great and since it sets fairly fast but not immediately, I don't have to worry about prying super-glued fingers apart every time something breaks!
My typical experience with super glue: open, fix one thing, recap, try to use again in a few weeks for something else, find the entire bottle has turned to a solid piece of plastic. Thankfully not this time. I've used this bottle on over a half dozen small projects (we have small kids, and they break a lot of toys) and it still has more to give. The gel is very easy to control, and that's greatly enhanced by the design of the bottle. Adhesion is exactly what you'd expect from the brand. I'll come back to this stuff every time.
No pics but the gel glue is absolutely the BEST super glue to use. It stays put, doesn't run off or onto fingers and can be used if you momentarily have to turn the working piece upside down while adhering another piece.
The gel make this super glue easy to apply in difficult applications. You don't get it on your fingers (unless you are very clumsy) and it sets within about 2 minutes to the point where you can CAREFULLY set your glue material down CAREFULLY and let it finish curing. If you think that this or any super glue is going to give you instantaneous rigid set you are mistaken. All glues take time to provide a good set. Remember you are not soldering or welding you are gluing. Use a little common sense and understand the chemistry of what you are doing and don't expect results that can't possible happen.
