How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
We use this all the time, the length is great and it is easy to use. Perfect because it can easily be adjusted. Will be getting another before camping next summer to keep items safe overnight like the chairs and barbeque.
I needed this as an additional anchor point and sense of security against would be thrives for a road trip that involved strapping two kayaks to the roof of my car. At first I was skeptical it wouldn't be long enough, but it turned out to be just right.

I love the locking mechanism on this. I bought it in conjunction with this motorcycle cover. It's super thick and fits perfectly into the eyelets on the cover. I sleep well knowing this thing is securing my baby.
The lock performance was really easy to work with and you can break the jump ring for the two keys it came with easy so you can store the spare key some where else.
good quality, and surprisingly pretty sturdy. really good for just putting in my purse and going out i wouldn’t recommend if your planning on leaving it for a while alone. but for like a quick drop off or pick up works really well. be warned though the plastic smells kinda bad and i can’t put my finger on it, like i put it by the window for like 2 weeks and it still smells bad i’ve given up and use it hoping one day it just won’t smell like this anymore.

This bike is good for my smaller bike and scooter. It is coiled so it automatically will roll up but can extend to about 20” diameter. They keys are same size as car keys and feel solid. The key lock has a sliding cap to keep dust out which hopefully also help keep moisture out as well. The mount is easy to install and the quick release is workable. The lock can slide in and out of the mount in either direction.
Awesome product. I like that the lock part closes so that you can't tell where you need to put a key into it. Also you can tell that it's a high quality chain and that you can't break it very easily. It's the perfect length also I'm able to secure my bike anywhere I go it's super lightweight and I love the fact that you can mount it to your bike. It comes with two keys I leave one at home and I always carry one with me. I have no complaints I recommend this lock to anyone.
Currently this is threaded through the gate into our back yard. We had a simple latch but someone has broken it a couple of times. Since the gate has two sections that locks in the middle, once that latch is messed up the gate can just blow open. Because of the shadowbox design we can't simply use a big U lock or padlock. Long cable lock to the rescue! The opening at the end of the cable allows the cable to be threaded in a few different ways and make double loops. The extra cable can be pulled tight before locking. Includes two keys.
This seems to be quite a quality bike-lock, and better than what we've been using by far! The cable is nicely covered with resilient plastic coating to protect the bike, has nice stainless-steel ends, is plenty long enough for any bike including our e-bike, and looks like it'd be a task to cut through with bolt cutters.
The uniqueness in this lies in the locking mechanism, the lock grips the cable to lock the cable in place. this allows you to wrap your load, and slide the lock down to the length desires to lock the item securely, no more movement due to odd length of cable or chain on what you are locking, just slide the lock to the length desired and tightened it down. if you want you can wrap your item several times, like when locking a livestock gate to the post, slide the lock into position, and you are good to go.
This basic bike/scooter cable lock functions as it should. I was able to lock up my scooter with it when I went to the store. Its easy to use and the locking mechanism is sturdy. It would take a person with a large commerical bolt cutters to come to try to cut this off. The thickness of the cable lock is actually too great for a common bolt cutters (I tried my own) so your bike/scooter should be safe.
This is an innovative cable lock. Because of the design, you can create either a single loop or a double loop with the cable. That comes in surprisingly handy for securing equipment in a wide variety of situations. It's my go-to lock for bikes, SUPs, etc. when I don't know what I'm going to be locking to. The cable is thick enough to deter all but determined thieves, and it's coated with thick plastic to protect your gear. The locking mechanism is smooth. I wish the lock used a combination instead of keys so I wouldn't have to worry about losing the keys. Also I wish this were available with a longer cable -- although that would mean more weight it would also mean more versatility for this already versatile design. Lastly, I wish the instructions were clearer, but this is a relatively minor point since you can fiddle with the lock and figure out possibilities on your own. Much more versatile lock than the standard cable lock in the hardware stores I went to.
This cable lock is very good quality compared to similar locks. A little oil will keep it in good working condition. 5 stars for an excellent product at a good value.

Arrived very quickly. Exactly matches the description. Very easy to install. On the other hand, when opening the package a very strong smell of rubber, we had to leave it a few days outside. Other than that, perfect!
