Universal Car Sun Shade Protector

I have a car size and always liked it. Now with my new RAM 2500 I wanted a bigger one. This is perfect. Fabulous sun blocking and privacy, full windshield coverage, and folds up into the circle easy peasy for storage, just like my car one. And this new one came with an awesome round storage bag to contain it nicely after folding, I place it on the side of my drivers seat against the console. Love it.

At first I thought it might be too flimsy and wouldn't have enough structure to hold in place. Although it is quite light the internal circular frames does the job in holding the sun screen in place. Once the visors are down it doesn't move. I like the light weight because it's easy to take off and put on.

The truth is a good purchase. Pretty comfortable to open and close. It fits quite well into a c4 citroen and does not fall like other parasols. And to keep it doesn't take up almost no space, it's like an umbrella. 100% recommended.

I wasn't thinking for the last five or six years when I went through CA heat without a sunshade for my car. Hot seats, hot metal seatbelt buckles, hot steering wheels...why was I punishing myself? I checked the reviews, liked the price, and finally purchased this one. When it's 90+ degrees outside with my car sitting in full sun, the temp inside is still hot, but I'm not giving myself burns while I'm waiting for the air conditioning to kick in. This shade actually comes with directions, which for me is great! it works!!

We'd been looking for a sunshade replacement for our Toyota Sienna minivan because the one we had forever was holding on by a thread (literally) because the elastic strap that keeps it folded was stretched to the max. We like the sunshades that are one piece and every store only has them in two pieces--especially for a vehicle this size. But I hate those. What have two pieces when you can have one that folds up easily and quickly and even has a little storage pouch. I love this sunshade so much I'd buy it again and again. However, it works so well I bet the shade will outlast the car.

For reference, I have a 2008 Toyota Sienna LE minivan, and got the XL, which was a perfect fit! I am very happy with this sun shade. The little storage pouch is thin and convenient, as well as easy to use. The shade itself is also great— black on one side and silver on the other. The two discs inside can overlap which is not only good for ensuring a snug, perfect fit when in use, but also makes putting it up / taking it down really easy. It also makes it easy to accommodate your rearview mirror and anything else you may have on the top / bottom center of your windshield. I personally have a dashcam right under my rearview mirror and am able to tuck the material between the two discs of the shade under it, and then sort of fold it over the top of the dashcam to protect it from the sun, which is really nice since this summer has been absolutely brutal where I live. I definitely feel the car is significantly cooler when I use the shade. It can only do so much, of course, with temps of 100 degrees and with your car sitting in constant direct sunlight, but again— I feel a noticeable change in how warm it is inside when I get in. Closing it back up was a bit challenging at first but once I got the hang of it, it became very easy and is fairly intuitive, though there is also a QR code on the storage pouch with instructions on how to use it. Overall, I am very happy with this sun shade! It is light but sturdy, does the job, is a perfect fit, and is easy to store when not in use. Also priced well!

This item works very well for my 2013 Toyota Camry to protect the dash, steering wheel etc. from the brutal sun in the south. It also can be used nicely for our 2020 RAV4 as well if needed. Just put it in place with the silver side facing sun and black side inside the car and the visors hold it in place. It doesn't fit like a glove against the windshield perfectly but I didn't expect it to. I also works very well when the car is parked sideways facing the sun and I place it on the front and back seat. The loose areas outside the two circles do not stay in place perfectly against the windshield but you can adjust them enough to get good coverage. I do notice the inside temp has decreased considerably which is nice also. Being able to twist it into a smaller bag is nice but I don't do it much as I just move it from the windshield to the back seat. Overall I give it a 5 of 5 rating as most do. Great price, quality item and works nicely for my needs but protecting the dash, steering wheel and the whole driver front cabin area is priceless.

Arrived in perfect condition. No loose stitching or tears as other reviewers have mentioned. This sunscreen works around my dashcam and smartphone mounts, no problem. I do a delivery job so I sometimes spend a lot of time waiting in my car in the the full sun. I have found that I can move this sunshade around my windshield and side widows as needed to block the sun from shining on me and it also helps to keep my smartphone out of direct sunlight to help keep it from over heating along with a flat gel icepack wrapped in a kitchen towel. I have no need to coil the sunshade up. I just fold it in half and toss it in the back seat while driving. it of course helps to have your side windows down about an inch and a half while I'm out and away from the car. I took a photo of it in position, but I didn't bother to post it. It is what it is, If I I'd had Quality issues with the product, that would be different.

I had recently purchased a sun shield for my husband’s truck. It was double the price. When I got mine I could immediately feel a difference. His is heavier and thicker so my thought was that mine would not last and be crap. Well I LOVE mine! So much easier to bend into the windshield and much easier to fold up! Ha! Don’t spend more on these things cause I’m very happy with mine for the very reasonable price!

Perfect for my car., there's another bigger size, so far it hasn't broken and fits and opens well. It looks like a rectangular and silver umbrella for the Sun.

This sun shade is absolutely more than expected, great product. Keeps my car so much cooler than others I have tried, can actually sit in my seat in shorts after 90+ sun beating down on the car all day! Easy to unfold and fold back up into the supplied carry pouch, perfect!

the difference with and without the protector is big. it helps to control the heat a lot in my car. i have to slightly overlap the sides (i have a mazda 3) but it still fits into the edges of my windshield perfectly. ofcourse in houston heat it’s not going to be entirely cool in the car, but it feels SO SO much better. great purchase + its super easy to put on and take off

We struggled with a poorly fitting visor for a long time. I finally decided that we deserved better this summer. This took a little getting used to, as it is very large when it opens up. However, I am so impressed by how easily it folds up. You can squish it in a lot of ways without harming it. Feels like magic. Oh, and it works! Our car is much cooler whenever we use it.

I am incredibly impressed with the insulation of this sun shade! It has been 90 degrees + and the inside of my car at a cool temperature. The sunshade is easy to fold and comes with a great storage bag that fits nicely between my seat and the center council. It fills my entire windshield and is easily held in place with my sun visors. I am very happy with this investment!

I live I Arizona where the summer temperatures are around the 95 degrees from about may to mid September and this sunshade is the first one that doesn’t make my truck feel 30 degrees hotter when I get into it.Will be buying more for my other cars.
