How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought these for my kids and they pair easily and seem to work great for them to watch videos and do school work. I can't say to the noise canceling or sound quality but my kids like them and for as cheap as they were I am not complaining
I like these headphones and use them mainly at the gym with Spotify. Important thing to remember is it takes about 5 seconds of holding the button down to turn the headphones on or off. Not a problem at all just good to know. Also, shutting the power of does not shut off the noise cancellation. You need to flip that switch off as well. I am happy with these headphones
Works beautifully in receiving audible books transmitted from my Kindle. Although I am hearing impaired, I find the headset puts out plenty of variable volume--the lack of which has been a consistent problem with other bluetooth recievers. The set seems well made, and I am entirely pleased with it, especially at the price. My previous method of getting audio books into a headset was a Sennheizer transmitter ,costing $200. I am delighted to have this entirely serviceable but far cheaper solution.
Really impressed with this product. It was super easy to connect to my phone. A cable charger was included, but it also works with my standard Samsung charger. The ear pieces are comfortable, I have worn them for several hours without any issue. Sound quality is great.
These are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever had. They get very loud and cancel out all background noise! And I love all the buttons to pause, skip and volume control.
Nice product for low budget. My nephews love them. Would buy it again in the future.
Volume is great. Doesn't hurt ear. I say , can u hear me, they say yes real good and clear, I say, ok cause I'm on my new bluetooth. They say, I didn't know u was on a bluetooth. They say, where did u buy, I send them the link .
These are the most comfortable headphones on the market! The price is terrific and a real bargain. The wireless capability with the microphone works great, I wish they had a little more noise cancellation, but overall I love these headphones!!!
I love these ear phones. I've had them for a few weeks, and they are much more comfortable than my previous pair. The Ecandy control buttons are much easier to manipulate without having to look at them. The voice direction indicating it is connecting and disconnecting is extremely helpful, as well as the power on/power off message. The sound quality and low latency make this a great buy. The ear pieces are more comfortable than my previous pair. This pair holds a charge longer, however the only drawback I've seen so far is the tendency of the headphones to start reminding of the lower power state at 30%, then shutting off soon after. One of the main selling points was the ability to change the battery out , as opposed to my other set. Overall a great experience so far.
Excellent headphones! I bought this for my 6 year old daughter for her online class. She loves the color and said it was pretty. It works well with wire and bluetooth. It can be folded so it is easy to store and carry it.
I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but these are high quality headphones. The battery life and sound is great. My daughter says they are comfortable and loves the blue color. Makes road trips with her so much better! She can listen to her own music and watch YouTube while I nerd out to an audiobook.
Worth my money , Very please so far as its only 2 weeks I have them and they sound Great with the micro chip I purchased separately to download my own music and just dive in and listen. pretty good sound I tell Ya! The FM, station are a bit fuzzy but not all channels you just got to move around other than that , I have no complaints so stay tuned.
I use this set of headphones for my audible books and music. I used to have to keep my ereader close enough to plug in headphones which isn't safe if you're washing dishes or cooking supper. The Bluetooth works great. I have not tried the radio yet but for aps like Pandora or Spotify it's great.
The one major problem I have come across, is that when I am connected to 2 devices at once, is that it keeps disconnecting and connecting with one device. And it keeps telling me so, which interrupts what is going on with the other device.
These have been very easy to use and the sound is great. I use them with my phone, laptop and smart tv.
