How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Very good product, no need to turn on our off, it does it automatically. I would recommend this product riding their bikes in low light environment.
I really like this light. I do a ton of night riding and wanted something I could securely fasten to the bike for night riding on trails. Looks good, fits great, has neat patterns, and I am yet to kill the battery so I think it is pretty sweet.

This is a great bike light and it does what it's supposed to do as you're moving at a decent pace on your bike and start slowing down the brake light shines very bright, but the only thing that discourages me is that you have to charge it every 2 days but only takes about 5 minutes to charge all the way since it's so small. I really like this light and it's a great safety feature because people will see you from behind and see that you're applying break pressure. Highly recommended.
Works really well. Has the option for three different settings, and is hunky visible. Will get about 30 hours of use for each charge. Looks good and works well.
I got this rear taillight a few weeks ago and have been quite happy with it. It's quite small and feels well built. My main purpose for getting this light was because it was able to mount to the seat rails. The light if fairly bright and the battery life seems pretty good so far. If I had one critique, I would like the light to not be flush with the housing so you could see of from the side a bit better. One a side note, the customer service was quite good. I would recommend already have a second for my other bike.
Amazing. Great design great visibility great options for light patterns. Holds charge for decent time between charges. I really like the pulsing light pattern. A+ and I'm really picky. This is a great tail light for your bicycle. If youre into the light design, I can vouch for its reliability. It works really good.
I liked this item so much I ordered a second to replace my 'bike sparks' light which was not reliable coming on/ going off and showing braking when I am riding full speed! Thankfully those problems do not exist with this item, you can be sure it IS ON and it shows braking/slowing at the correct time.
A nice light that works really well. No need to turn it off. It lights when in motion and the brighter stop light is authentic. Charge last a long time. Two choices for mounting. Good product.
I’ve bought three different rear tail lights for my bike which didn’t really work well for me. The first one didn’t have a break light, so I bought one that has the breaking feature, but it wasn’t very bright. Then I saw this one at a great price so I jumped on it. So far I love it! Plenty bright enough for daytime riding and the breaking feature works better than the much more expensive one that I bought, but the best thing is how easy it is to twist off and charge. It’s hard to say how long the battery lasts because it’s so easy to charge, I do it every time I charge my horn, so I’ve never had it run out.
Havent had it long but works great. Would like yo have a screw hole in the mount to fasten with a small bolt. Otherwise works as expected.

Multi functions, the flasher setting is bright enough to be seen in bright sunlight. Comes with 2 mounts. I use the under seat mount on 1 bike and the post mount on my other bike.
